The four-bed Victorian house sits in 17 acres of land that includes an orchard and a farmyard.
A lot of the original features have been kept in place throughout the house – such as a mosaic floor in the hallway, stained glass windows in the porch and the servants bell in the kitchen.
Trinkets can even be seen on the cupboards, and a grandfather clock stands in the hallway.
Old paintings hang on the walls, and there’s a rickety staircase leading up to what might have been the old maid’s quarters of the house.
There’s two reception rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom too – but even if you’re not easily spooked by the interiors, you might be by the level of work that needs doing to it.
The estate agents, Morris Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd, say the property requires “general modernisation and renovation”.

The walls in some of the rooms look like they have mould growing on them and the paint looks like it has fallen off a lot of the walls too.
It looks like condensation has formed on many of the windows – which could mean it’s not as well insulated and could cost a lot keeping it heated.
It’s on the market for £750,000 – but before you splash out, make sure you pay for a home survey.
This gives a detailed inspection into the condition of the property and highlights any major repair work that is needed.

The most basic home survey costs £300, but they can cost at least £500 for the most extensive survey, which is a building survey.

“It’s size and location make it a good family home with plenty of outdoor space, including 17 acres of land.”
