Do I need a monitor to operate the system?

Yes. Please connect the NVR system to your monitor via the HDMI provided. (Laptop and All in 1 PC is not supported)

Can the system working without internet?

Yes. Internet is only necessary when you need to remote access the system from a mobile APP or PC Client. (In this situation, need to hook up NVR to the router via Ethernet Cable provided)

It’s wireless system or wired?

It’s PoE Wired security camera system, Not wireless, Not WiFi, Not Battery. NVR needs to be plugged in all the time, and all the cameras need to connect to the NVR box via the Ethernet cable provided( no need additional power supply).

Remote access from APP and PC Client is free?

APP and PC Client is free, and can be downloaded from “App Store” or “Google Play”. No additional cost or subscription fee. Support remote access and playback, no need to purchase any cloud service.

How to extend to 16 channels?

The NVR has 8 PoE ports but max can take up to 16pcs 4K PoE cameras. You can connect 8 more cameras to a 8 ports PoE Switch(Not Included) and hook up PoE Switch to NVR box, NVR will detect and recognize the camera.

    Peace of mindThis PoE wired system is great! I love that i don’t have to worry about running extra electrical or using batteries. The cameras are nice and have quality video. I like that I can get on the app and see everything no matter where I am.The software for the NVR is slightly complicated for someone who doesn’t speak the language, but the instructions are detailed on how to set it up. The best part is the customer service! I had an issue with one of the cables and I emailed them. They were quick to respond (within a day) and very knowledgeable and helpful.

    good system with cheap hardwarethis is my second set first for home and this for my office. in both cases the cameras and DVR/NVR system work well good resolution and relatively easy to operate. The only problem I’ve run into the the extremely low grade hardware they use, the screws for the camera mounts all stripped while trying to install the cameras. otherwise it’s a good system.

    one of the best security camera system at a lower costI’ve been looking for a dependable security camera for a while to replace my current Lorex which gives me not a clear picture. This is the first time I decide to go with a name that I know nothing about. I was very surprised with all pictures that I got and how easy I can install them. It took me a couple of hours to run a wired and install all cameras together. Pictures came out very nice and beautiful. I must thank their customer service Kiki who guides me with NVR setup. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have a security camera system at home or workplace to try these HiseeU security cameras. You would be surprised like me and can do it yourself without paying over a thousand dollars to any company to install them. I am even thinking of buying another system for my house too.
