Basco Deluxe framed sliding bathtub doors possess proven performance and surpass the competition with their handcrafted quality and additional features. The bypass unit includes two towel bars that attach to the panel framing. Anodized aluminum hardware helps prevent rusting or corrosion. The header comes with a safety T-lock that ensures the unit’s stability. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for installation of the tub enclosure. To reduce water we recommend placing the interior panel to be positioned closed to the shower head. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your sliding shower doors. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill,7/64 inch, 1/8 inch, ¼ inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16 inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Good engineering- designGreat product for the price. I’ve installed several doors over the years and this one is well thought out and easy to install. The safety clip that holds the top track should be required on all sliding doors. Bumpers and stops fit well. Five ⭐️’s!

Nice Design and SturdyI purchased 2 of these deluxe frame enclosures. The 1st installation went flawlessly and based on that I was prepared to give a 5 star rating. However, my 2nd installation was a little disappointing, in that 1 of the doors did not have a hole drilled for the towel rack holder. I had to remove the glass door and drill the hole myself and reinstall. That is the only reason for my overall rating of 4 stars. The 2 units arrived in excellent condition, the instructions are easy to follow, as long as you read the text and pay close attention to the corresponding drawings. I would purchase these enclosures again.

4star causeI think it is a simple thing to install and looks pretty and the quality is alright for the money you spent. But there is a but .. since the sliding door came without missing parts like all the screws, extra pieces i had to give it 4 star… anyways customer service did send me all the missing parts but the waiting time to recieve the missing parts is a week and a half after i already waited a week to get the sliding door:)

Install directions not goodThese directions were not easy to follow. I built my own house and decided to trust my own judgment on what to do. It’s truly a combination of what makes sense and partial directions to make it all come together. The top of mine was exact length of the top header, on the bottom it needed to be cut slightly to fit based on my walls. Still giving it five stars because I love the shower and the new look. Worst part of the directions I think was attaching the doors and lack of clarification which side the rollers get put on and so forth. Took like three tries to get them all in right place. Nothing wrong with the shower once it gets installed. Total install took me an hour and a half by myself. (woman)

Very Elegant for the MoneyI love these glass doors. I feel like this took my cute bathroom to Elegant and so affordable. I could never go back to a shower curtain after this. And it made my already small bathroom, look bigger. I have gotten so many compliments on these doors. I had my brothers put it up for me. What I can say, because I have tile on the wall. I had to buy 2 special drill bits to make the holes, one was not good enough. 2 tubes of silicone. We had to cut the frame, so have a saw available. Best purchase of 2022!

It’s nice looking, but not super sturdyI installed this a week ago by myself. It took a few hours. It is nice looking but it is not the highest quality. The Koehler doors I have on my other shower are much better heavier and sturdier.Overall though. I’m happy with how it turned out. The instructions are not the easiest to follow, and parts were loose in the box. The first door shipped was broken and wasn’t delivered, fortunately another was sent right away. The Amazon customer service agent was helpful. If you’re not super handy, you may want to hire someone to install this.

Good quality relatively install friendly shower/tub doorLooks good, bronze finish goes well with bronze fixtures. Obscure glass could be heavier, but is good quality. Installing is fairly easy, but instructions could be clearer in some details. Overall very satisfied with the value.

Look beautiful!Looks beautiful! Kids love having it in their bathroom. Opens the room up. No longer worry about my floor getting flooded when kids shower. Great for bathing dogs. They can’t jump out now. Doors were relatively easy to install. They move very smoothly. I only have 2 issues with the doors. 1- They have plastic towel bars. They don’t look bad though. 2- One of the pre drill hole sets didn’t line up on both sides of one of the doors. I just drilled a new one.

Does QC exist?Overall the product is good. However, one screw is sticking out the glass frame. I know I can request an exchange because Amazon always does its best job to accommodate customers’ needs. However my handyman was here and I did not want to reschedule another time. Hope this defect won’t affect the durability and function. This defect is obvious and I am wondering how it passed the Quality Check, if it exists.
