Very Well Built & SturdyThis is a great light but it needs a longer arm. It causes a weird shadow so we needed to pull the light forward.

Amazing piano light.This piano light works great with my upright piano. It puts the light right where I need it. There is also a sensor so it shuts off when you walk away and comes back on when you return that works great. I also really like the design of the bottom of the light. The piano lid hinge fits right in the light’s groove so it doesn’t slide around. It is worth every penny.

Amazing!!I can’t believe how awesome this light is. I can’t believe this LED light is so warm and not cold at all. Yes, mine is set a little more to the red side, and the adjustment is fantastic.It’s purpose built for playing the piano, so the light is broad enough to cover many pages of sheet music on the stand.My only complaint is that I use the light sensor setting that senses movement to turn on, and sometimes, when playing very slow pieces without much movement it will shut off, so I have to lean forward into the light sensor to make it come back on.Yes, I’d definitely buy this again.

No English instructions but nice lampUpdate #2: We have had this about 15 months now and we still love this piano lamp. I enjoy the bonus feature when I walk into our living room, the light detects me/us and turns on automatically.UPDATE: Replacement still no instructions in English. I found video with everything I needed to know here. I’d strongly recommend Manufacture to provide instructions in English, would have saved me and others a lot of wasted time, not to mention Amazon sending a replacement only to learn there are no English instructions.———-We just set the piano light up tonight. Only complaint, ALL instructions are in Chinese. We have no idea what button does what or options within each button. Usually instructions will be in Chinese & English but not ours. I called customer service and they will replace lamp with English instructions. Seems odd that a shipment to USA wouldn’t automatically be in English. They offered to have manufacturer email me instructions but my printer isn’t working so that won’t work. I love the heavy weight the lamp is, I don’t need to worry it will topple over and damage the piano or hurt the person playing. It lights up the entire keyboard and music sheets will be easy to read. We don’t know what the long black piece is for (no English instructions) so we’ve left off for now. We also wonder why the plug in came as an adapter to a 110 plug (provided) vs just a 110 plug? Maybe instructions will help us with that too. I would recommend this based on the light itself, only wish we knew how to use the options right off the bat.

THE BEST!I kept hearing about this piano light online and debated buying it because it’s…well…a little more than I would ever spend on a piano light. But the truth is I spend hours at my Yamaha, sometimes late at night and it’s in a dark corner. I finally ordered it and it came in today. GAME CHANGER. Finally, someone got it right. This light is specifically designed for an upright and completely illuminates all music plus 88 keys. It has 6 lighting options, all fully dimmable. It adjusts brightness with daylight, room lighting, etc. Now I see what the hype was all about. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone else who spends hours at an upright piano. It’s like having stage lighting all the time. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Money well spent!This lamp had been recommended to me by many piano teachers. I was hesitant, because of the price tag. But it is so worth it! It’s amazing how much eye strain is reduced by having good lighting!I did have to turn off the auto-on function, because the lamp would turn on every time my cats would get on the piano bench. LOL

Best option if you have the moneyWe love this light. We like the style, the range of color, the field of light, and user-friendly features. For the cost, I would have expected more than just the three levels of light warmth: Cold, medium, and warm.
