Great product; not so great companyI highly recommend this faucet as an alternative to “pull-down” models that end up saggy and hanging low after constant use. The plumber who installed it said the parts were of high quality. The size is great for my smaller-than-average kitchen. So, why only three stars? Blanco customer service. The first unit I bought began to fail within a few days; the hot water turned into a trickle. The plumber came back, after doing plumber-like things, said he believed the unit is faulty, probably the cartridge. So I call Blanco customer support. What a nightmare! Hostile, borderline rude person who made me feel like I was being cross-examined in an ugly lawsuit. Did the plumber backflush (pretty sure he did since he asked for a bucket, but I don’t watch step-by-step to see what he’s doing. Why would I?)And more plumber/installation questions I couldn’t answer. So she demanded that the plumber call or write some statement up. Also, Blanco wanted a film of the thing not working. I was prepared to do all this; the plumber outfit I use in the Boston area has a stellar reputation so I’m sure they’d be happy to help. The last straw was when I asked for a ticket # or some record for the next call. She didn’t have one. Translation: I would have to sit for the same deposition a second time. So I gave up and just returned the thing through Amazon. Meaning I had to pay for a reinstall (none of this was the plumber’s fault after all). I’m out $170 because Blanco does not stand behind their products–and I have no doubt that it would have taken weeks, months maybe to sort this out. My kitchen needs a faucet 24/7.So, I really recommend the product and hope you don’t get a faulty one like I did. At one point in the call I l flat out said “this is not going well.” I couldn’t fathom the hostility. What I fail to understand is, given that all I wanted was a replacement + install, why in the world would I want to file a fake claim? To what end? Blanco es no bueno (yeah, I know they’re German).

Three things I’d wish I’d known about this beautiful faucetWe recently remodeled our small kitchen and chose the Blanco Culina Mini Faucet to go with our Blanco Vision Silgranit sink. First of all, it is truly a sleek-looking, well-designed faucet. The smaller size is a perfect fit for our space and we are happy we chose the satin nickel. It hardly shows fingerprints, unlike chrome, plus it blends perfectly with our stainless fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are a few unexpected details worth noting, as compared to our previous faucet: 1. The handle that turns the water on is now back behind the sink, instead of over the sink, so water drips off my hands onto the countertop when I go to turn it off. 2. The water power is very strong. Normally I would turn a faucet all the way on, but when I do that with this faucet, water sprays everywhere while washing my hands or rinsing a dish. I’m having to train myself to only turn it part way on, or else I’m constantly wiping down the wayward streams of water 3. Also, unlike our old faucet, if you do not have the water on all the way, you have to continually hold down the button to change to the spray pattern, instead of just changing it with a click. Regardless, my husband and I feel this was one of the best purchases we made for our kitchen, and that it was worth the price.

Get itBeautiful faucet. Minimalist style and Wonderful functionality. The faucet has a great range to move with its hose and the water pressure is fantastic as well as the sprayer function. The faucet swivels around plus you have the hose so you can get all areas of your sink no problem. It’s also wonderful not to have one of the traditional hoses that goes under your sink and you have to pull it out and that gets caught and it’s always a disaster this is very practical. For the extra money I think it’s worth it because it will probably last longer and I have received so many compliments on this – it’s really brought my kitchen together.

It is nicely finished, beautifully designedI paid about $315 for this faucet. It is nicely finished, beautifully designed, and the on off lever seems to be high quality. However, my 24″wide by 20″ deep sink is much too large for this piece. The reach into the sink is only about 8″ so I am leaning over to reach the water flow. This is no fault of the faucet, I picked the wrong one, but the manufacturer might give better advice on the sizing of this item. As much as I like the design, I think a pull down faucet would be more functional than the flexible kneck of this faucet. Still, in the right size sink this item would be at home in any high end kitchen.

I love the sleek look of my faucet and I get …I love the sleek look of my faucet and I get a TON of compliments!! The reach is fine for my 10″+ deep sink that spans over 2 feet, too!! The one thing I may change, but have gotten used to is how intense the water flow is!! When the faucet is turned on the entire counter top gets splattered with water. After 4 months with it we are just more careful and don’t have to really think about it since it’s become second nature. One think to keep in mind: the supply lines that come with this weren’t long enough. I realize every kitchen is different so it may fit perfectly for you. We had to purchase supply line extenders (I am assuming that is what they are called). Hope that makes sense.

Beautiful faucet! This is an amazing and beautiful faucet. Finish is lovely, design is modern and it works perfectly!Addendum: We have been using the faucet for about 6 weeks and have had zero problems. It functions perfectly and is as beautiful as the day it came out of the box. The modern design looks beautiful in our eclectic kitchen with stainless appliances, soapstone counters and white shaker cabinets. The magnet that holds the the pull out onto the base functions really well. It is way better than the faucets we tried that clipped the sprayer back in. The faucet was expensive, but Amazon had it at a competitive price and I believe it was worth it!

Love em!I’ve got two of them, and there great! Only minor down side is the handle on the side. If your hand is wet when turning on and off, the counter gets wet. I mean the counter seems to get wet anyway, so we basically love them. Would definitely buy again, very sturdy, feel very highly quality!

Great concept & function, fair price but check hose lengthGreat design & function but we should had selected the next largest size, I believe there are (3) height sizes. The reason being the length of hose to reach the bottom of the sink.
