Does Anybody know what part this is?easy to install. I did it myself. Probably better if you have a little bit of plumbing experience. I ended up removing the old mixing value completely. that gave me enough room to get the fittings secured to the stud. I am sure I over engineered it. The wife likes it so much she wants one in the master bathroom.I DID COME UP WITH THIS EXTRA PART. I THINK IT IS TO THE SPRAYER BUT I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW IT GOES IN THERE.

Nice looking shower – Test full functionality before you change your plumbingWhile I was impressed with the build and price, Once I got it installed with the contractor. We could not get it to work. First the box did not come with instructions. Then I did research here and found on how to install it. Now once we installed (New piping done behind) the water is not coming in. The hot water is working properly but there is no cold water. we tested this with out connecting the unit and both hot and cold are working fine. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not. I don’t have a phone number to call as well. Will try to call Amazon tomorrow to see if they can help. Meanwhile if any one can help please post the number. Now I am in a fix, I have done re-piping. Made a mistake of not testing this before doing anything around piping. but how will I do it even if I have to test it? Any case, Will post a update once I /contractor can call the company for install help. Lets seeUpdate#1 4/7I had to remove the whole unit and then replace the cold flex pipe with a new one. Something is not working right for the one that came installed. Now the shower is working fine. One thing I noticed is the rainfall shower handle is little too small, a 4 or 5 in extension would have been helpful or another bend would have worked. Other than that love the jets and the temperature display.Update#2 4/14Well With in a week’s time the temperature display stopped working – Changed battery but still not working. It is displaying the temperature at the beginning but after 10 seconds it goes off. I press the button in the front, IT comes on but goes off again. Some time it blinks randomly. I may have to call the support folks. The shower it self is running fine. All the stuff is working still.Update#3 5/19Excellent Customer service, They sent me a new nozzle and I was asked to replace it. It was relatively easy if you know some basic plumbing techniques. Any way the problem reported in #2 is now fixed. Everything is working fine. 5* if not for this one inconvenience I had to go thru. Jets and Rain shower are working fine. I would have loved little more pressure but thats my house problem.Update#4 2/20/2015Close to one year, Still going strong. No issues. Just don’t forget to test full functionality before installing it in the wall. also dont forget to change the temperature guage to F. Its quite useful. Wanted to buy one more for my second bath but the price has been increased. Hope they run a sale soon. I would gladly buy one more .

Looks beautiful, but lacks powerI wanted to be impressed with all the jets. But the 8 body jets are no better than being spit on. They lack all pressure and are useless. I wanted to feel the strong hands of ulga the swedish massuse but instead felt like being peed on by a 5 year old (I have seven kids, hence needing the strong hands of ulga to firmly massage the day away). I wish it was better.

2 UNITS with 8 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS! OH YA! Love it! Functional and the looks are tops.We purchased two of these for our over-sized master shower. The looks set off the the tone but it is where the functionality comes in that makes it rock. The controls are easy to use like the selector has a “click” like snap in feel so you know when it is aligned right. The mounting was easy too. (now I planed to use these from the start so my plumbing in the wall aligned just right). My wife loves hers, she has long, long, long hair and only washes it every other day. When she showers on the other days she can use the front sprayer/massage-rs or the spray head as it sits in the holder and not worry about getting her hair wet. The temp gauge is nice too, I don’t use it much but it is fun to tinker with just to see what the water temp is. I would buy this again. We have had the two units functional for 1 1/2 years with my wife and I and 4 of our little kids using them. No problems.UPDATE 9/30/2020 STILL ROCKIN! This is the best shower panel out there! No problems what so ever with either of the 2 units. If they had 10 stars here I would give it. I looked at some of the reviews that showed rust on some of the parts… Where do you live? and what the *%$%&? is in your water?… because mine look perfect after 8 full years of high use.

Thank you Amazon Reviewers!We ordered these based on the reviews. When the first one arrived, we could not believe how good looking, rugged, heavy, and well-designed it was. Then, once hooked up, super premium flow in use.One of big complaints of rain showers is that they tend to spray all over. Unless you are 4 feet wide, it is a waste of water. The flow on this is superb; all nice streams all straight, so the water all hits you.We especially like the temp feature, very nice.Most important is the feel of the knob. It turns easily and feels very high quality. You get a rush of cold water when you do (as one might expect,) especially on the body jets, but there’s no way around that.Everyone LOVED the first one, so we ordered another. The Silver has a sort-of mirror that would work well for in-shower shaving. The Black looks / works great as well.This was part of a remod with new stone & tile, so we went ahead and tore out all the traditional plumbing, as we’re sold on these integrated units for the long term. These just makes sense as a better shower/bath design strategy.Makes us love Amazon Prime, to be able to get these high-end units at such a low price. 6 stars!

Absolutely a Fantastic Shower Tower!The shower tower is beautiful and made very well. Just the weight of it alone is so much more impressive than the one we replaced. It was very easy to install with the exception of our old house plumbing! This wasn’t the fault of the shower. The rainfall is very relaxing and the body jets are incredible. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a shower tower. Also, we received it earlier than expected and it was very well packaged. Only thing was there was no template inside the box or attached to the styrofoam. It wasn’t a big deal.

A Good shower panelMy husband had a bit of work to customize the wall for the panel but that was because of the last installation. It seems to work great and has lots of options. The only thing was I had to ask online how to change the temp setting from Centigrade to Fahrenheit. Well, we have to uninstall it to change it because it’s in the back, more or less permanent once set. But for now I know if I want a good warm shower to get it to 40°C. The one thing I’m worried about is the selector knob that turns to the different functions is plastic behind the panel. Our first one lasted a pretty long time but gave up so we had to throw the whole panel away which functioned perfectly but for that part that they had no replacement for.

Great looking/ temperature screen failedThis panel is really nice. Temperature reading has failed after 3 days. But the panel looks beautiful and the jets and the valves feel heavy duty and all hardware looks top notch. I will have to write to the company and see what they will do to resolve the temperature display and it malfunctioning. I do love this panel but if temperature screen doesn’t work it ruins it. The screen is large and in the middle of the panel. Having it flicker and turn off and on.. and give random temp readings is not appealing. So I hope this can be resolved.

Probably good for the price but if your looking for a Daily Shower Unit, look elsewhereItem arrived quickly. Note that the unit I received came out of the box and required me to not only tighten but also on several jets assemble and fasten these jets to the panel. I would highly recommend that you check all the compression rings and nuts because a majority of them on the unit were either completely disengaged or very loose. Loose in plumbing equals leaks!!!!! I bought this for a secondary shower that will be rarely used and I wanted to spend as few a dollars as possible. But if you are shopping for a shower panel for a bath that you intend to use every day, this is not the unit for you. First, you must understand that it does not include a diverter valve that allows you to use the jets and showerhead at the same time. You can only use one of the functions at a time. Second all the fittings are plastic versus brass. That is simply a cost issue and how they can sell this panel for the price but speaks directly to its durability. I have not installed it as of yet because I needed the unit to rough plumb the shower given there are no good instructions available anywhere on line. I will update this review once installed.

Excellent customer service!!I can definitely say that the purchasing experience was excellent. Expedited shipping was not an option that I could choose at checkout, so I emailed the seller to inquire. Not only did I get an almost immediate response, they shipped it express, no problem. I received an email with install instructions so I could give the contractors a heads up. The customer service was quick, thorough and extremely helpful.The shower panel was easy to install, and just so you know, you can’t have all outlets going at once, as there wouldn’t be enough water pressure for that. We enjoy the shower panel very much, the only reason I docked a star is because the mesh at the center of the hand-held shower unit already started to rust about a month after installation. Otherwise, everything else is magnificent!
