Product Defective!!!! Still does not workThis product looks great! However, it is defective! I purchased in January 2020. I had it installed and it has never worked! I kept calling Cosmo Customer Service and through they were all nice they were not able to figure out why it did not work.?? How about it is defective. Finally I got them to send out a Service Tech in March 2020. The technictian advised that the new Cosmo Overn needed a thermostat. In addition, the Cosmo Oven door was defective. They advised possibly a part missing! What! I am now working to get replacement parts to get oven to work and replacement and missing parts for the new Cosmo Oven door. This is insane!!! They refuse to just replace or allow me to return the item for a new oven. I amout of over $1000. Someone Help!!!!!!Update;This COSMO Oven still does not work. I have worked every so patiently with the Mfg and they were horrible!!!! They still want to sent out pats for a defective product. The Theremostat changed, the door changed, the motherboard changed. Still Does not work. Guess what…these are defective products. Don’t waste time with this company every!!! Save yourself the headache. I have to purchase a new oven now and started with buying this piece of no good item back in January 2020. It’s now end of April.The worst Customer Service ever! Still don’t have a replacement and no working Cosmo oven.

So far so goodEast to install and looks great. Plastic smell burned off quickly and I was surprised how quickly the oven heated up. So far so good

beautiful and sleek ovenThough we have not installed or used this yet. The oven arrived quickly in good condition. It is gorgeous and seems easy to use. I will post more after we install it.

Worth buying Cosmo productsPaid $658 for great wall oven when other ovens are close to $900. Works and looks great.

Oven is junk.This oven has never worked correctly since we purchased. Called immediately to have it serviced because cooling fan would not shut off after using the oven. Cosmo was going to have someone call and come out to service it because it was brand new and still under warranty. So far it’s been three weeks and no one has called. Called the company again just recently. Purchased other Cosmo products, microwave, vent hood. I wish I could send them all back. If I could give less than one star I would.
