Arrived defective! but luckily I fix things for a living.This unit is a bear to get installed cleanly. Lots of connections to be made in a very small space. Does look nice once done.The ground screw for the sensor wire is blocked by the drain. Install the wire into th eunit before completing the drain install.The assembler at the factor pinched one of the LED wires with the screw so the left LED was not working. I had to repair the wire, no easy task with it mounted in the wall already.

Great if you like to have it fill about 8oz of water at a timeWe were excited to install one of these in our new kitchen remodel. I have one at work and love how fast it can fill out a 32 oz bottle. We tested ours out only to find it shuts off in about 20 seconds worth of usage, equating to about 8 oz. I assumed it was a safety feature, which it is, but is one I cannot turn off according to customer service. I would not have purchased this had I known it was going to be challenging to fill a glass.
