InstallationI am not a great plumber, I know the basics and this was a minor challenge to install. They don’t tell you in the product description that the power cables are not very long so you need to be pretty close to an outlet. Also it does not come with a union for the water supply line nor does it come with the hardware for mounting the brackets on the wall. Overall I do like the product just need to be aware of the extras you need to have for installation.

Works awesome – IF you can get both halves!The drinking fountain itself is amazing as we originally purchased one at Home Depot and installed at our church where it’s a big hit! However, we tried to buy a second one and save ourselves about $20 by purchasing on Amazon. The first time we received a single box that had the top half. I contacted customer service to process a return and they shipped out again at no charge. This time we received two boxes – both which included the top half of the fountain, no bottom half.In the last several months it seems Amazon can’t pull it together – I’ve spent hours working through customer service to explain and try to get correct items. Overall, i recommend the fountain, but save your sanity and go buy it locally if you can!

Functions greatThe other reviews are correct, there’s minimal space for your hands to get into the interior to install. Aside from that, this unit functions great. The silver parts really show deposits, dust, and water spots quite easily, so you need to clean it all the time.

new drinking FountainIt all seem to be working well now, but the installation was hard because of where the existing fountain’s pluming was. the water and drain pipes had to be lowered to fit with the new drinking fountain.

Frustration with faulty parts, turned around by excellent customer service.This is a great water fountain and everyone really likes the bottle filler. I am only giving it 4 stars because when we received the product, all 4 switches to activate the fountain were inoperative. The customer service folks at Elkay were very helpful and arranged a local technician to come out and replace the faulty parts. It is working well now, but I am concerned about the long-term operation. Knowing that Elkay has great customer service and support means that I can recommend this product.

Worth every drop of waterThis is the identical water fountain I see at the gym and studios I work out at, perfect addition to my back yard so kids can take a drink and not worry about coming in and out of the house spilling water everywhere

Good option with some flaws.We use a number of these at our camp. In general they get the job done. Be careful with the stainless sheet when opening it, I still have a hole in the back of my hand from working on one a few years ago. The filters are a pain, we ended up bypassing the filter once the light came on. If your water is good enough to drink from the sink then filtering it at the fountain just adds cost. We’ve had the main push lever get jammed up with dirt so it stayed on, but we’ve opened it and cleaned it out.
