Better price than local plumbing supplierEasy to install, because it was a new install not a retrofit. So drain pipe, water pipe and wood for bracket were installed in wall at space prior. Only issue I had was lining up front covers for bottom screws after install was complete.

Wonderful upgradeGreat upgrade, just be aware no hanging brackets are included in this kit, luckily, we were able to use our existing elkay brackets.

Filter status light does not work…Following all directions including running the fountain for a few gallons the filter status light never lit green. This is with the “brand new” filter that was provided with the fountain. Feels like a bad sales tactic here to say it comes with a filter but it not working. A new commercial replacement filter costs close to $100 currently. I am not sure if it’s fair to pay that out of pocked when the one provided should be working…

Great for recycling bottles.We installed this in our church ministry center and the teens use it all the time. It keeps people out of the kitchen area because they don’t have to go to the refrigerator for a drink.

Really nice water fountain unitThis is a very nice water fountain unit which I installed in a church lobby. There has been several positive comments made about this, so users are happy with the unit.As is probably true of most units like this the amount of space available for the three necessary utilities (power, waste water system, and source water) is very limited and not very flexible. My advice is to reconfigure your utilities in the wall precisely the way it is documented in the product literature. I did not do that and had to reconfigure things as I went. The resulting installation was subject to many adjustments, elonging the installation time.The installation documentation lacks lots of details, which may not be important for professional installers, but impacted my own installation as a non-professional. I reviewed the documentation prior to purchase, and was left with the impression that there was a lot more space for utilities. It turns out that space is really, really limited.

Works Great, challenge to installThe water fountain works exactly as described. Everyone loves it One drawback was that the installation was tough. It requires the water feed, drain, electrical, and the filter canister to be so close together that our plumber took two full days struggling to install it.

Two person job to install, but we love this unit!Installed in our church to cut back on paper supplies and purchased bottled water. So far, this has accomplished the goal!

Great drinking fountainThe media could not be loaded.
 We bought this a couple years ago for our theatre lobby and it has worked perfect ever since. For our actors, this is perfect for them to refill their water bottles time and time again with cold filtered water. It’s a great design and completely accessible to everyone. If you are in need of a new drinking fountain, look no further.

Very niceI don’t know what sheerness is, but I had this water fountain installed at our church to replace a water cooler. This is attractive functional and more ecological since it has eliminated paper cups and with the bottle filler it hopefully is helping to cut down on plastic water bottle consumption
