Quality product at a good price and amazing customer service from sellerPurchased this Fennocasa Ploaris shower fixture as an upgrade in my master bathroom. The first thing that impressed me when I opened the box was the quality of the components. It looked daunting to assemble but once I got into it and with the installation video you can view on the Amazon product page you really do not even need to read the directions (however I suggest you do). I did have a question about the installation, and when I called the phone number listed on the directions page and spoke with the product support I got a live person with the right answers. Took me about 30 mins to do the installation and the shower works perfectly with no leaks. So if your looking for a shower head upgrade and want good quality with life time warranty and great customer service look no further. Once piece of advice. when installing the slide for the hand held sprayer make sure you install it with the release button on the bottom. If you don’t you will be taking the whole thing down and re-installing. Also make sure that you recess all the allen screws before installing to the poles or you may scratch the O rings which may cause leaks down the poles (good advice given to me by product support).

Buy it – Customer Service is incredibleThe install was a bit confusing, and the instructions could definitely be improved upon BUT and a HUGE but, when I called because we thought a part was incorrect, customer service support was incredibly helpful and kind. He actually video chatted with me really quick to identify what was wrong (we had a part upside down), and without that, figuring out the issue would have taken longer than the 2 minutes it required. The shower heads have great pressure and the materials are great quality.I would recommend to the seller to examine the instructions to make them easier to understand. My poor handyman was quite perplexed for some time.
