    Manufacturer’s defect. Corrected!!Good looking tub but when we finally opened the box the top seam of the tub was separated from the bottom. Since it was the last thing to be installed during a complete remodel, the return window had closed. Hoping the manufacturer will step up and back its product.Update: After contacting the manufacturer, I received an immediate call back. After explaining the situation and sending a couple photos, the manufacturer decided to send me a new tub. I can’t say enough about the customer service from the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again knowing they stand behind their products. Updated rating to 5 stars. They earned it!

    Nice tubLove the tub and the look but there isn’t enough slope to the drain it’s almost perfectly flat and not all water makes it to the drain when draining. But overall nice tub.
