Great Paint Gun!Great paint gun. I use this in my furniture shop daily to spray lacquer. It sprays flawlessly, is easy to adjust the spray, and easy to clean. I pair it with a 3M PPS cup, which makes it even easier to clean.

Superior gun and customer service onlyThis is second Fuji Gun that I own (I also have a Bottom fed gun) the gun performs as advertised. The adjustment knobs are simple to access. Cleaning is straight forward and easy.I also have to mention the customer service. The agent listened to my questions carefully and made the recommendation to purchase this model making sure that my air cap sets that I purchased with my old gun would fit the new one. I don’t think that I would have picked up on that as I just assumed that air cap sets fit all guns.

Best gun I’ve used to dateAfter years of using an old Capspray HVLP, I upgraded to a Fuji Q5 turbine and siphon cup gun (what I was used to with the Capspray)The Fuji puts out an infinitely better spray pattern than the CApspray, which is why I opted to try this gravity cup gun from Fuji to be my second gun.Hands down, better feel and controllability than the under-gun siphon cups. More maneuverable, and seems to be a bit easier to clean.Definitely recommend the Fuji gun stand to assist with refilling the cup. Holds the gun more steady than the post on the turbine, in my opinion.

Great gun for water borne finishes – Updated ReviewI have been using the GXPC for about 6 months, on and off for a number of cabinets in my home. I had no complaints with the GXPC – but I had not experienced a better gun till I got the T75G this week. What an improvement. Even with the larger 600 cc cup, it is 100 grams lighter than the GXPC (885 g). It is nicely balanced with the cup in the middle – not on the side. This has a much wider fan pattern at the same shooting distance than the GXPC. Using water borne lacquers and similar products, I can easily sweep a 6″ tall drawer in one pass – used to make 2 passes with the other gun. Have not used it on large cabinet panels yet – but I think this will cut my passes in half and give a slightly better finish. The pattern seems more uniform that the other gun. I will use the GXPC for solvent based shellac and other weird chemicals and use only water borne chemicals in the new T75 gun. The finish on the gun is better overall that the GXPC – read that its CNC made. No crevice was left un-polished. Im very happy and it is only $10 more than the GXPC. For the record Im using a Mini Mite 3 stage turbine and materials viscosity that rate about 35 seconds in a Zahns #2 cup (with 1.3mm needle). I thought I might miss the swivel cup of the XPC – but the larger capacity cup on this allows me to shoot boards on the level. If required I could tilt the objects slightly to get at right angles to them. So far, so good!Update #1 – After I sprayed about 140 sq. ft of cabinet drawer and doors with this gun, I like it more than ever. Even with my 3-stage Mini Mite turbine, it puts down “Target” brand water borne lacquers and polyurethane faster than my GXPC. The XPC is still used when I want a smaller pattern, or if Im spraying lacquer/alcohol sealer coats. All the Target coatings Ive used so far leveled beautifully. It seems this is a higher flow rate gun than the XPC and a 4 or 5-stage turbine may be more optimum for some products. So far I used only the 1.3mm aircap set.Update #2 Again sprayed another set of cabinet door fronts (16 of them) and (2) 18″ x 110″ cabinet tops, I favor this over the GXPC when doing wider work. RE: CAP LEAKAGE: Signs of low pressure in the cup are inability to obtain high flow rates , improper atomization and drooling from the cap. If this happens, remove the cap and clean the seal area well. I used a popsicle stick and a cloth to remove any gummed up material and rise with appropriate solvent. Any residue on the rubber seal will prevent an airtight fit. True this is NOT JUST a GRAVITY FEED GUN – the pressurized cap helps to develop the proper material flow. Keep the seal clean for proper results. I would like to see the cup/cap made with finer threads to make the seal easier to obtain, or use some sort of compression clamp lever.

Great HVLP spray gunI use this to spray water based lacquer onto wood picture frames. It’s provides a consistently even top coat using the Mini-mite 4 turbine system. Only drawback is when spraying thicker paints and primers, doesn’t atomize completely unless you add a lot of water.

Awesome GunI received the gun on Sunday and used it for the first time yesterday. The gun provides a very smooth finish. Literal add your paint and your good to go. Figuring out how to avoid overspray and the correct amount of coverage is easier compared to other guns.
