Heavy & needs a beam + professional installI hired a trusted handyman/master craftsman I know to install this. He did a good job and said a few minor pieces were missing but he could find it all at the hardware store. It DEFINITELY needs a beam, hence why I took away a star- it is NOT SAFE the way it is pictured. If you look at my pictures you will notice there is a beam- that is super important. This thing is HEAVY and installing it wrong could have fatal consequences if you have small children or pets. It’s priced well enough that it’s worth hiring someone who is familiar with this kind of thing to hang it properly. It is very good quality and I’m really happy with it. Our installer recommends a floor guide for sliding barn doors- we don’t have ours installed yet but we will soon.

Great door, lousy instructionsLove the look. Instalker said instructions were very poor. It’s not great at reducing noise as there’s a decent gap between door and wall. I may add a sweep to see if it helps.

Barn doorVery heavy duty door I got this for my closet because I don’t like the regular door that was on my closet I want to something that would slide like a barn door this was very easy to assemble very sturdy and well worth the money I absolutely love it if that’s perfect in my house highly recommend if anybody is looking for a nice quality doors you can also use a store on multiple different things highly recommend it

Love itgreat door, looks sleek and smooth to slide open/ closed. The door does sit an inch or two from the wall so its not a snug fit but it does block some sound anyway. do note that its very heavy and definitely requires 2 people at least in the end to lift it onto the tracks (and you might have to do it a few times). Instructions are not the best, probably translated. overall i love it, looks awesome.

Very heavy and hard to put panels together because screws too small!You definitely need 3 people to put together the panels! Unfortunately, the screws that are used to connect panels are too small and that makes it unsafe, since every panel is very heavy they came apart a couple of times when we had it all put together, I will recommend the manufacture to consider changing that!

I couldn’t have done it myself.Without my wonderful man friend to put it together and install it, it wouldn’t have happened. However, he did it. It took all day. But all said and done. I love it.

Both doors arrive damagedI ordered 2 doors while my house was being built. By the time we got to install the doors, the return period had passed. One of the doors was severely dented, the other door had a broken (plastic) window frame. Holding the window in with tape until I can glue it in. Be prepared to do some extra work to hold the top bar in, the anchors it comes with will not work.

Not what seller has advertisedThis seller has falsely advertised their products I waited a week and a half for the barn door with hardware and only received the bolts in wheels which is not even 1/3 of the order and for $459 this should definitely not be an issue. Seller is also not reachable via telephone you must send an email in because they are third-party seller Amazon cannot to send a replacement order they have to only issue a refund and I would have to place the order all over again so do not waste your time with this seller although everything looks nice and pretty on the site it is a hoax and I would give them zero stars if I could.

Sleek, functional, durable and sturdy barn door.I bought this glass barn door for my pantry to save space, which my regular swinging door did not offer. I love it’s soft close detail, minimal design and the tempered glass that now allows tons of natural light into my pantry. This barn door is made of high quality steel frame and tempered glass. Very durable. Assembling the door was extremely easy. We did have one issue. We did not realize that the hardware kit did not come with the wood needed to install the rail on. Since our installation is on drywall the piece of wood is necessary (see my pictures). We fortunately had a piece of wood leftover from previous project. Installing the rail and the door was not too difficult. It has detailed instructions. Once everything is installed the door is very sturdy and moves easily on its rail. This barn door is , high quality, sturdy and functional. It’s definitely worth the value for money. I highly recommend this barn door.
