Delivery was a total nightmare.I ordered this refrigerator because it was a good price and I had the option to pay it off monthly. I arranged for delivery and had made all the preparations, moving furniture, emptying the old fridge, and delaying shopping until the new one arrived. I was then told that the refrigerator was damaged in transit and would not be delivered. I asked about a replacement and I was told they would not be able to replace it because the refrigerators arr now on backorder. So I shopper around and couldn’t find a replacement I could afford. So I go back to Amazon and find out that I could reorder the same refrigerator for the same price with financing. So, I reorder the same refrigerator. I arranged for delivery for about 10 days later. Again I make all the preparations, moving furniture, etc. On the morning of delivery the truck arrives, measurements are taken, doors are propped, water turned off, etc. Then one of the delivery men asked me to come outside. He points at the refrigerator and says, “You need to check yhis before we bring it in”, so I look, from about 10 feet away, I can see the front right corner and door are crushed like a tin can. I told the guy that I was rejecting yhe refrigerator and refusing to accept delivery. The guy agrees and says, “I would reject that too”. So now I talk to an Amazon rep about the damaged product. I find out that I may have been sent the same “damaged ” refrigerator that they were going to deliver the first time. How? Why?Then I see that I was already charged for set up of new and haul away od old refrigerator, and the first monthly payment was already taken…in minutes of the non-delivey! Three weeks and I’m still without a (new) refrigerator.

90 days of ownership and the ice maker stopped functioning.Everything was fine as far as delivery, installation but now 90 days in and the ice maker stop functioning and now I have to go through warranty garbage, coordination, taking time off from work, etc. Not a deal in my book.

It seems to be everything that was said about it Works well.Refer part was very good. Freezer was smaller than expected. I like the ice and water out the door without having to open the door. I have had Kenmore products before and never had any problems.

You get what you pay forI bought this because it was several hundred dollars cheaper than buying from lowes or home depot. I now know the reasons it was cheaper: #1 when they deliver it, you’d better have someone strong, knowledgeable and equipped with the exact tools to get the thing off the screwed-in pallet and install it properly. ( I stupidly thought ” eh, they deliver to the kitchen and all I have to do is plug it in right?” NOPE. ) We have had it for a couple weeks now and struggling with alignment so badly that the fridge and freezer doors are rubbing together when shutting!#2 This fridge looks like it belongs in a restaurants kitchen. I guess it’s not bad if you don’t mind the “industrial” look.And #3: For its large size, the design inside is not conducive to storing what it should hold. There is a lot of empty space that doesn’t make sense.Wish I’d spent the few extra hundred 🤦♀️

Don’t bother looking BUY THIS UNIT basic but PHENOMENAL VALUE and QUALITYOnly flaw is could use 1 more drawer but that’s mainly from being used to 3 drawers from 12 years with our old fridge. This fridge quality is TOP of the line the stainless is flawless and seems real most are not you can tell this fridge is built to last I believe its actually a whirlpool. For the price NOTHING compares NOTHING! also trust us Pay the 40.00 to get it installed. Extremely HAPPY with this purchase. HIGLY recommended. Looked at at least 6 stores this was BY FAR the best value and even better once it was delivered and installed.
