You have to assemble it yourselfVery beautiful chandelier you have to assemble it yourself not too hard directions are quite lame but easy enough to figure out there is not 72 inches of chain 36 inches total I bought this for 72 inches of chain the good part was I did not need it but if you’re looking for a chandelier with a long chain this is the one not to buy

Love this chandelierI purchased the 5-light and the 9-light. When I have the money, I will order the 15-light. I have been looking for a long time to replace the breakfast, dining, and entry chandeliers. I wanted them to be similar styles, but not exactly the same. I happened to find this one that has a different number of lights in each one. It was exactly what I was looking for. My 19-year-old son helped me install them. I am so happy with these chandeliers. My son put them together for me, so I don’t know how difficult the assembly was.

Quality Costs More, But It’s Worth It!We were attracted by the style first. It is classic but with a modern crispness. Then we both liked the quality. The glass has a sandy look but not feel, it diffused light well, and is attractive. You do not see the bulb through them. We had a moment of panic when we thought it took little tiny bulbs. A trip to an electrical supply company provided LED bulbs that are perfect.

Great ChandelierWhen open I was concerned about assembly. It was a bit time consuming but simple enough. The finished product was fantastic. My wife loves the look and quality. Four stars instead of five for assembly time.

Don’t bother buying this!Product does NOT come with 72 inch chain. Only 36 inch chain is included and no parts to assemble the chain as well. I ordered 2 of them and the same problem persists! I give zero stars. Product does not include what is listed!

Missing parts and all glass globes were not the sameTwo of the headed bolts were missing and three of the five globes were heavily bubbled glass while the other two had no bubbles appearing in them. I had to go to the hardware store to replace all of the globes in order to get a uniform look to the chandelier. I felt I could not return the ones that originally came with the chandelier because there was no packing slip in the box when I received it. For the cost of this item, I felt it should have been better inspected before shipment.
