Purchased 6 times to get two unbroken sinksI’m sure the sink is good but it’s shipped very poorly with no protection at all. I’ve got to imagine Kohler has seen how many of these sinks break and yet neither Amazon nor Kohler have changed packaging. What a waste. 4 broken sinks. Problem is not just Amazon other retailers have issue too, so it’s a function of Kohler packaging.

Gorgeous sink!Couldn’t decide between a Villeroy and Boch basin or the Kohler Ladena. Because of size, had to choose the Kohler Ladena — and I could not be happier. The price was right, the sink is beautiful… Not just the porcelain, but also the shape and the size. I got the 2215, which is large — but the curve at the bottom and the slope of the sink render it quite elegant. It looks absolutely perfect with the new granite vanity top and Kohler Devonshire faucet.I also have to give major praise to the speed of the shipping. I needed it for a project in London, and it arrived in two days. TWO days! I could not believe how quickly it came, when all the stores here that sell Kohler products said it would take two to four weeks for them to source the sink and get it to me. With DHL and Amazon.com it arrived in record time.Sink and service are top-notch.

Shattered sink deliveredI bought this sink on Prime Day. Great value and excited that I snagged this deal. Too bad the sink was delivered in 100’s of shattered pieces and no way to get a replacement for the same sale price. Very disappointed this couldn’t be replaced!

Love this huge oversized sinkLove this huge oversized sink. I was able to bathe my baby in this until she was 3 months old. Then once my baby was old enough to sit up, we were able to fit a skip hop whale tub over the sink.

Waiting for the new one to arrive to further comment.My renovation project was delayed. Sink went straight into the warehouse with all the other materials that needed to wait. However when the installer opened the package, it was broken it had a hairline crack. As this was after 30 days (shipped to the Caribbean) it was not eligible for a return.I am ordering it again. I really love this sink. It is nice and deep and my granite counter-top is already cut to match the sink.Wish me luck and I will keep you posted on the new order

Beautiful FinishI love my new Kohler Ladena Undercounter sink. I have two slightly smaller Ladena undercounter sinks in my building and after 10 years they still look brand new. That’s why I decided to get the same sink in a larger version for a bathroom I just remodeled in my house. The sink is getting a lot of compliments. It was shipped well protected and the template and all of the clips were in the box.

Recommend this sink if you have room, realizing it is quite large.Loved the shape of this sink but the only problem was that it was too big for our bathroom vanity. I had to send it back and reorder the smaller version 2214. There is a considerable size difference between the two of them. One in between would have suited me perfectly as I have a long counter run. But otherwise, love the sink.

Items brokenI ordered two of these sinks. Unfortunately, they arrived in shards. I returned them. I am scarred to reorder from the same source since there was no fragile sign on the boxes.
