Wow, I’m in love!I was muttering and sputtering when the wrong base cabinet accidentally got ordered for a standard apron front sink. I had planned on going with an affordable porcelain apron front, and was not happy about spending so much for this sink. In retrospect, I’m so glad the mistake occurred. This sink is gorgeous! There is a certain texture to the enamel that just isn’t found in porcelain and it’s truly a work of art. Best of all, my kitchen is tiny and there isn’t enough room for a garbage can. Since this sink is slightly less deep than a traditional apron front, I think it will allow me to put a low trash can underneath.My carpenter was complaining about the directions for installation; however, he figured it out. I can’t wait for the rest of the kitchen to be finished to show it’s beauty.

Gorgeous kitchen showstopperThis is the second Kohler Whitehaven sink that I have purchased in the past few years. We had installed one in our old house. When it came time to update the kitchen in our new house we went back to the same product. This is a really high-quality product. It looks amazing in our kitchen. Both houses were historic homes and it really fits in well. I recommend getting the steel racks that are available for it. They are really convenient – you can wash something, set is it down to dry in the sink. You can keep things in there people want to see it. And because it is deep, it maintains a nice clean look in your kitchen even if you can’t get to the dishes for a bit. My husband is handy and installed this. It requires, in most cases, for you to build a frame to support the weight of the sink but this is not very complicated. It’s also fabulous for bathing a baby or younger toddler. This is one case where you get what you pay for in a good way.

WORTH IT!!!If you are trying to decided weather or not to purchase this sink…just do it! It is absolutely beautiful! The sink was delivered in just a few days and was packaged very well. My husband was able to install it in a few hours! Make sure you put extra support under your cabinet as this sink is HEAVY! Perfect addition to our kitchen! I can tell by the quality that we will enjoy it for a long time!

Build a base for it to seat onOur kitchen is not complete because our dishwasher is in back order but wow! What a beautiful sink! I was told that I could not have a farm style sink unless I replaced my bottom cabinet doors but this sink here solved my problem and when I tell you it’s beautiful, I mean it! It’s gorgeous. Oh and one basin sink is the absolute best! I do not regret my decision.

Absolutely beautiful. I l o v e this sinkAbsolutely beautiful. I l o v e this sink! Farm sinks can be a pricey investment and this one is worth every penny. Our old sink had the same dimensions but felt significantly smaller, although it was also a double basin.I chose this type over a traditional fire clay because of the durability. The cast iron core means the worst you will ever have is chip damage instead of the potential of the entire face of the sink breaking off. It was also much easier to install because the dimensions were truer than a fire clay. We had it professionally installed during a kitchen remodel. The self trimming skirt looks so clean and you would never know it wasnt original. I cant wait to get started on the back splash (picture included)!The kitchen was the ugliest room in the house and I hated it, it is now my favorite room. This sink is a huge part of that.

Great look and easy install!Beautiful sink. Very easy to install. Requires very little skill. My background is I am mainly a person that tries to do it themselves and was adamant about having a farm house sink. The countertop people kept saying what a pain they are how you have to hire a cabinet person to come out to modify your cabinet. That led me to finding this Kholer sink. Yes, it is a lot more than your standard farm house sinks and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. If hurt paying for it but it went in very easily. I didn’t have to find a cabinet maker to adjust doors or anything. Simply make a couple of cuts and screw in a few boards and you are done. Short apron so no adjustments or shortened doors necessary.
