I’ve bought my faucet in 2018 and contacted them last week about the replacement of the spray head. The service was great and the part I quickly sent to me!

    A very nice upgradeSUMMARY:A very nice faucet, with a great finish and matching ‘accessories’I recommend.PROS:Good finish, with no inconsistencies. (also, it perfectly matches the pure water spigot and soap dispenser)Solid operation, with a nice actuation of the lever, and plenty of flow.Pull down feature works fine, and has enough slack. (I added an extra weight to the hose just to ensure extra keeping force)All necessary parts included, with clear instructions, and overall a very easy install.CONS:The ‘spray’ feature is not a hard switch. If you use the faucet on low, or turn it off and back on, it automatically reverts to the stream. This is known from the description, but I just don’t like it.I do wish that the connection from the pull-down hose to the spray head had a swivel fitting. I like to rinse things out upside down so that I KNOW it’s clean. I can still do this with the faucet, but it’s nicer with a swivel connector.Not sure why, but when using the spray on this it seems to splatter all over the place. My last faucet did not have spray drops everywhere when I used the spray feature, but it was a different height…

     Please note: *I did NOT receive this product as part of a free promotion.I was looking to replace my existing kitchen faucet in my residential home. A friend has the same faucet and after looking over the unit I was convinced to purchase this over more expensive brands (Moen, Kohler & Delta) which are double the price. The fit & finish looked great.Very easy to install this unit. I removed old faucet and replaced with Kraus in about 15 mins. Instructions are clear & concise. The water pressure is excellent, I have read other reviews and have seen videos showing issues with water pressure. I did not have any issues. I will give this unit four stars because I cannot determine durability at this time. I installed unit a week ago and have not had any issues, no leaks, pressure remains strong. I recommend this product.

    New Faucet & Soap DispenserHaving had a lot of experience changing out faucets, this was quite an easy installation. This is a replacement for a much smaller and different PFIster faucet that was originally installed in the Dish/Butler’s Pantry. Since it is brand new I cannot comment on durability however it’s style and overall appearance is quite nice. Very Contemporary.FYI – Concerned about the water pressure comments I read on line I contacted Kraus right away when I noticed the 2.8 gallon optional washer wasn’t included in my order. They were very pleasant and sent it out to me overnight. That said, even with the 1.8gpm washer that came installed the water pressure is more than addaquate. I suspect that those complaining about hose size and water pressure may have another issue with either their house water pressure, or the installation, or something of that nature.Now the function of the sink it’s at is heavy so I’ll probably find out pretty fast if anything can’t take the heavy use.Con: Again it’s too early to say much however the fixture is lighter in weight than I would have liked however I’m willing to give it a go. I’ll report back if anything breaks, leaks or wears down.PS – Another family member has the exact faucet in their kitchen. With one exception thye like the faucet. The exception is that the black sprayer control toggle has, after a year, started to act up a bit.

    Works great, looks goodI have a stainless steel drop in sink. The deck on this sink has a little flex and there was a little play in the faucets rise. With this combination the sprayer pointed back to the back of the sink and I like the sprayer to land closer to the middle of the sink. My solution was to put (about) a 10 degree bend in the cross bar by the stem. This angled the sprayer at a more comfortable angle and reduced splashing. I also like the water restricter better than the 2.2 gallon flow control. My pressure is good and the lower flow restricter performs better (balance of water pressure and splashing).I do commercial work and reccomend these faucets for kitchenettes. I have used the warranty on a pull out for a customer and was very please with the support and ease of communication.
