Fantastic fitment! Easy and quick install!Make sure u get the correct icemaker and check the color of wires in 5he correct spots in plug. This was the 2nd icemaker purchase in 2 days to get the correct one.The one thing I can guarantee anyone is that this icemaker assembly WILL Fit an LG refrigerator with the exact model #: Lfx31945st. And the actual model # of the “icemaker” is: EAU60783835.If ur numbers match up with these exactly, I can say for certain that this one will work! And this is also the whole assembly just 4 screws and this thing is in and making ice!Remember to unplug refrigerator during install and make sure u turn switch to “ON” front of icemaker…

Works greatWorked perfectly. This is actually two parts. The top part is the tray thermostat and dumping mechanism. The larger part is the back plate and motor that turns the blades to dispense ice. For the price, it’s so much easier to buy the whole assembly. A few screws and a plug and you’re done. Worked perfectly. No more problems.Note: your refrigerator will throw an error code shortly after the old unit is removed and that error blocks out the whole control screen. When you install the new unit, the error may linger before disappearing and starting to make ice. There is no need to unplug your refrigerator to reset the control board.

This part was not an exact match of my existing ice maker. The connector was not the same. The part looked the same but the connector from the ice maker didn’t match up to the connector in the fridge, even though on line it says it does.
