How we got our startLock Jaw Ladder Grip was co-invented by Craig and his father Robert Charlton in 2009 after experiencing an injury whilst working on a ladder. It was invented in Australia and there have been countless hours spent on engineering and testing to perfect the design. |
What makes our product uniqueLock Jaw Ladder Grip can be applied in 5 seconds with one hand. It locks on to prevent ladder movement. Working at height can be extremely dangerous when especially when moving materials onto a roof. Lock Jaw has won many awards including “Best New Tool” at the International Roofing Expo 2020. |

For this product I wish I could put 20 starsFor this product I wish I could put 20 stars for the people in the comments wanting to give it 1 star due to it being plastic that’s so silly. Yes it’s plastic and metal but the plastic is heavy duty I was a roofer and I used these and my ladder never moved I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Great productI bought this product for my husband. He really love it. Very useful and strong for him for safety climbing tall ladder. This product will last for him for many yrs of uses.

Doesn’t clamp tight enough.Nice robust design, well made but… disappointing to actually use. You’ll need 2 of them because they don’t clamp the gutter tight enough and you can slide the ladder fairly easily. Better than nothing for sure. They seem crazy expensive for being plastic. Fix the clamp force and it’d be a 5 star product.

Safe and quickThis product secures your ladder so you get a sense that someone at the bottom is holding it for you. The side to side motion is gone with no chance of falling backwards without ripping the entire gutter off the roof. Obviously you can’t use it if the gutter has guards. It also stops people from stealing my ladder or having the wind take it while I’m on the roof. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
