    **Updated**Can only comment on the sales aspect of this tool.I have not been able to use this yet, but I have a major project coming up to replace my entire water tank system. The order went very well, and it arrived on time. I got all the items and checked all of them to make sure they worked. I would recommend this seller.I already bought all the fittings-just make sure when ordering the valves that they are labeled pottable.Looking forward to my project.May 10 2020…Used it for the first time to replace bathroom sink…along with my M12 pipe cutter it took me 5 minutes to do the plumbing:) worked perfectly first time and everytime.

    Great for residential useIve had this for about a week and love it. The time savings are great. No more fighting water or annoying jetsweat tools. Crimp and go. The size jaws included are 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” which makes it perfect for residential service being a 12V press tool. Get about 30-40 crimps per standard battery (2 batteries included with charger) which makes it good for light use. Maybe consider the Milwaukee 18V for commercial use and larger pipe sizes up to 2”. Been a Milwaukee power tool customer since 2013, and this tool doesn’t disappoint.

    Pricey, but cost effective in the long run.A little pricey, but it paid for itself after a few water heater replacements. My crew can now quickly do an install in house so we don’t need to call in a plumbing contractor.I do property management, and take care of over 100 homes.

    Milwaukee Press ToolWe have used this tool twice in the last week, and my maint techs love it. We were using Shark Bite fittings for our repairs, but this tool makes those repairs faster, and with less possibility of error and leakage. Good, quality tool.

My business partner has the 18v one that does 2″. This one is much lighter and more nimble. I’m so glad I made the move. It’s not cheap but the labor savings are well worth it.
