BreathtakingThis light is absolutely beautiful!! It was a bear to hang all the crystals but it was worth it in the end!!

Great for the price! The light looks beautiful! I really love it! 4 stars for reasons below..The install directions were not great, but my husband said it was easy enough install. The crystals are not wrapped super carefully, two pieces each rolled in tissues paper together and placed in like 6 small boxes. When unpacking the crystals I noticed a lot, not all-less than half maybe, of them were chipped around the edges, some light scratch marks on the flat sides, but overall you can’t tell once they are up. And cleaning them up as you attach the metal hangers and then again as you hang will be so helpful because once they are hung it will be difficult to clean them really good because they will shake and hit each other. Also, you really need to find a good system for hanging the crystals to be sure they will all be the same length. So my advice… As Phil from modern family says…. “smooth is slow and slow is fast” Take time and care and you will be glad you didn’t spend $500-$1000 for the same light of maybe a bit better quality.I would buy this again.

Nice ChandelierNice product, looking nice in our dining room, it has some scratches but those are minor I can live with it.Shipment: I received few damaged parts/crystals, after communicating to CS they sent replacement crystal.Instructions: Manufacturer need to provide installation instructions, Just one paper for parts not for how to put gather took whole day to figure out to installation – It was pain in the neck. Also, I install with KASA dimmer switch.

Absolutely stunning!Absolutely stunning! Shipment was extremely fast, installation was very easy, each piece of crystal is made with high quality material, no breakage or damage on any piece. The light looks even better in person than photo, the brass is shining, it’s a unique design and brings the “wow” factor to our dining room.

Pretty !Looks really nice! Very Similar to one that cost 2k on Arhaus.com. Electrician had to install extra bolts on either sides so that it didn’t bow down on the ends due to the weight of the light. Also, they provided ample extra crystals for mishaps and so u don’t have to use the weird RED crystals. Not sure why they even included those …

Looks terrific – install easy with some pro tipsWe haven’t done the crystal hanging on our 40×12″ chandelier yet, but probably won’t have much time for that for a week, so I wanted to share our thoughts and some tips that were extremely helpful to me.At first, I had no idea how the bar to attach the fixture could work with the wire box for the old light. I’ve replaced a bunch of those and light/fan combos, but this is a bit different than any. My father and a couple of the local hardware store gurus set me straight: it doesn’t actually attach to that at all. Ideally, you fasten it to studs in the ceiling, but that was not an option in our case. The studs run parallel to the light, which centers almost exactly between a couple of them. And there’s a 2nd story above this room, so no attic ceiling access. But, all you need are “hollow wall anchor” bolts, sometimes called “molly bolts”. Drill a 1/2″ hole for each, push the 2″ bolt into that, and its winged anchor pops open on the top side of the ceiling drywall. I had room for 3 of those and added an extra metal strap across the fixture bar, that is attached to the wire box.For a long fixture like this, measure very carefully to get it square with the room. The bar is only 18″, so if it’s not true, the fixture is over 2x as long and it will look even more askew. That’s really what I spent most install time on. First checking that the walls were actually square, then attaching the bar temporarily with a screw and checking and rechecking against a marked bar to pencil its correct position. I was able to do that (and the rest) solo, but when looking up at the ceiling there’s no way to gauge a straight enough mark without a lot of measurement care. Then with a few boxes stacked on top of our sturdy table to hold the light close to the ceiling, connecting the chains, wires, and top plate was all pretty easy. My 2nd photo shows a quick unwired test to verify the light’s position. The 3rd photo is fully installed, and shows the primer spray paint job we did to lighten the color.Hanging the crystals does look a bit tedious, and there’s again not much direction. But we’ve tried a couple, and it looks pretty simple if time-consuming.We’ve been looking for a while for a new light for this dining room and think this one is perfect for us.
