Moen quality 98% of the way . . .Bought the stainless steel variety with the delivered unit just as needed. About 3 to 4 weeks after delivery it became time for its installation. . Installation was straightforward, cake actually. . Using a supplied plastic/style socket securing the new faucet was a sinch. .Notable was the Open-Box condition of the unit as delivered. . Clearly a repackaged Moen faucet,,,, although the faucet parts were accounted for. . Were not for having waited a month to open and inspect the new Moen faucet, it would have been returned; Open-Box condition. ..Installed working like a charm … A #7 of #10 purchase.

Good overall. Looks great. Awesome warranty and customer service. One small complaint with spray function.We just installed this. I’ll update it if my opinion changes. Bottom line, this is a nice, functional faucet that’s in line with most everything else at this price point and comes with a lifetime warranty as long as you’re the original owner and still have the receipt. I like the look of it quite a bit. Despite being low flow, it still has good pressure for removing food off of dishes. the angle of the faucet neck is perfect. Our previous faucet curved more such that the spray head show water straight down, but this made it hard to use the pull down spray head as the water line would scrape up against the edge of the neck. This faucet has a much better design on this front, making the spray head much easier to use. I also like that the position for hot water on the handle is straight up. On our previous faucet, the hot position was more at a 45 degree angle as was the cold position (but in the opposite direction). I found that this made it so that the faucet would end up on hot all of the time given the natural way that people would pull on the handle to turn it on or increase the water flow. With the Genta faucet, you have to very purposely turn it to hot water, so no more wasting hot water. Well done!It’s one (minor) weakness relative to some other similar offerings is that the spray button doesn’t always stay on and will switch back to regular flow if you don’t press it really hard or if the water pressure is not at a certain flow, usually as high as you can get it. If your water pressure drops (as mine does when someone’s taking a shower), the spray button will release if you let go of it. If you want to rinse off fruit with a soft spray, you’ll have to hold the spray button down while you do it. That’s probably my biggest complaint, but that’s not a big deal.Another negative that is true for basically every faucet from the major manufacturers is that the spray head is covered in plastic rather than metal, like the rest of the faucet. I don’t know why they do this, but you can tell that it’s plastic and in my experience, the finish on the metal-looking plastic spray heads eventually wears out. The one we purchased had a ding in the plastic spray head that was also sharp around the edges. To Moen’s credit, the replaced it free of charge within 48 hours of me reporting the damaged part.Overall, I’m really happy with this faucet. I’m still surprised at how much these cost, but this just seems to be the price point for quality kitchen faucet with these functions and a lifetime warranty.

Moen quality as expected!Moen quality at a great price with easy installation always makes for a good day… One tip I would suggest is that make sure you read the instructions on where to put the weight so that the faucet head retracts as it is supposed to. Mine works great and couldn’t be happier.

Classy Modern look for new kitchenThis faucet looks so sleek and modern in my new kitchen. Installation was by a plumber. So not sure how easy or hard it was. It looks great abs has a nice pull down sprayer. I bought in satin. No water spots !! Also it can be purchased with the automated touch less water on and off. I like the old school so purchased without the touch less option. Love it!!

good quality at a fair pricethis is very convenient. i questioned the quality of the hose before it arrived but it’s very sturdy. i wish it was a little longer but it reached the entire sink. it’s 10″ deep and even fridge shelves are easy to wash in it. the faucet is nice and high and it has a sprayer with two powers – regular and stronger. i wish they made one for bathrooms.

Poor designI have an older, three-hole sink. Yes, this faucet comes with a cover plate, for the two outer holes. The problem is that both ends of the cover do not attach to anything, underneath. They supply a wimpy pseudo, plastic, “gasket” to attach to the underneath of the metal plate. When water gets sprayed on to the cover plate, it leaks into the underneath of the sink, into the cabinet. The sinks are not perfectly flat, at that point. They could make a thicker, rubber gasket, that could compensate for the lack of any attachment under the ends of the cover plate.Also, the weight is not heavy enough to entirely retract the sprayer hose. Send me an additional weight, please. There are no obstructions, under my sink, to prevent the hose from retracting.Finally, the sprayer is ALL PLASTIC. CHEAP!!! for what they charge.Don’t buy this.
