    Why didn’t I buy this 6 months ago?We started a business selling a family recipe mustard at farmer’s markets and have been clumsily filling the jars using pitchers and funnels. This filler is easy to use and clean, and took two steps out of how we used to fill the jars. I could accurately pump how much I needed with no mess, filling 90. 4 oz jars in about 15 minutes. Best $200 we have spent for our business.

    No instructions, Didn’t Work, They Lied, see updateIt didn’t work, then it did, until it didn’t. It could be something simple. But I have to wait a few days to hear back from them, because there is no instruction manual to tell you what to do, and what to do if. There is also no video for this model or troubleshooting guide. It worked a few times and that was exciting. Until, whomp whomp. I hope to resolve the issue.UpdateForgot to push send. Turns out the filler was defective. They did admit that once I was finally able to reach them. I returned it. A couple of months later they reach out and say that for my troubles they’re going to send me a free machine. I should have known it was a lie. They just wanted a positive customer service review. Whatever I had good to say about them, I have to take it back because it was a trick.

    Leaks bad !!It leaks a lot which is uncontrollable and i didnt think an a actual machine for products would leak that bad & it’s hard to take it apart to see why it keeps leaking. I Wouldn’t recommend to anyone if their dealing with any body wash or body oil it will leak as soon as you pour your products in the tube.
