Perfect system for my needs and even better customer support!This is an awesome product! I researched quite a bit to determine which system was the best for my needs. I wanted a wireless, 1080p, 4 camera system with internal hard drive. There were quite a number of choices but they all seemed similar. My take is there may be several makers of these products but numerous brand names they are sold under. Think this one may be similar to SMONET. In the end I decided on the lowest price system…this was it. I made the right choice.The pictures are very clear. I have the cameras mounted under eaves and balconies for added protection from the elements (though cameras are sturdy and well made and weather proof). They have been working perfectly. I live in a 3 story townhouse. NVR is on the second floor attached to a cable modem. I have a camera mounted outside above the basement door. The signal has to go up a floor and across…about 40ft and through 2 walls. I attached the extender antenna and that seemed to work great…perfect picture. Another camera is on the second floor about 50ft from the NVR through one wall. Again works great with an extender antenna. The 3rd camera is above the front door about 30ft away and the 4th camera is inside. All send great pictures. Never loses signal. Even the night pictures are very clear though it will be black and white. If you have a motion detector flood light, and they come on at night, that will be enough light to provide color pictures. I have a 500 lumen LED flood light that comes on when motion is detected.Only wiring you need is extension cords to get to a power plug if your cameras are far away from one. Plug that is included is about 10ft for each camera. I needed extension cords for 3 of the 4 cameras.The NVR is fantastic! Very quiet. Comes with 2TB HDD. I didn’t find any other brands that offer this much for the price. Not sure how much it will record but I have gone 14 days with continuous recording from 4 cameras and have not run out of disk space. Think it just records over the oldest recording once the HDD is full.I use IP Pro app on my IPhone for mobile monitoring. I also have the NVR attached to HDMI input to a TV. Pictures are awesome on both! I have gone on multiple trips 100’s of miles away and I can still monitor my home on my IPhone. Very convenient.One note – the NVR comes from factory set at a resolution other than 1080P. Some TVs will not show the picture unless you change the resolution. You may need to attach it to a computer monitor. Once you change the resolution, the picture will show on any 1080P TV.Here’s the best part – the customer service is phenomenal! You actually get to speak with a live person. Yeah yeah there’s a bit of a language barrier but you won’t be disappointed in the service. There may be a bit of a time difference but the person on the other end goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Glad I took the risk to buy an untested/unknown system (for now but time will tell durability of this system). I would definitely buy this system again. 2018 NVR stopped working, Isotect Sent me a NEW NVR!I bought the Isotect 4 cameras + 8 Channels Expandable + 1TB NVR in Feb. 3, 2018 and bought the extra 4 year warranty. This month my NVR stopped working. Every time it is updating, it doesn’t comes back online. It is not rebooting and it stays “Network System Stablizing.” I purchased extra warranty so, I contacted Isotect via email. Verna and Kiki are the ones who contacted/replied back to my email. I explained the problem and after a few emails here and there they agreed to send me a new NVR. I received the new NVR the next day. They mentioned that I have to “delete those cameras from the new NVR and to match the codes for the cameras through the NVR.” I did all that, but matching codes for the cameras aren’t matching it to the NVR. I contacted Isotect support again on whatsapp and Verna responded after 3-4 hours. When she responded, I was cleaning my house and didn’t heard my phone as it was charging in the bedroom. I responded back after an hour or so, but Verna was outside and cannot do the technical support. She said, “if we can do it later.” So, I said, “Ok, I’ll wait.” After an hour or so, I got an email with the video clips showing me how to add and match the codes from the camera to the NVR. I did and followed the video and indeed it worked. I matched ALL 4 camera codes to the NVR and yesterday I installed all my cameras back to its place outside and hoping we will get another year of that new NVR. Kudos to the Tech support for helping me and to send me a new NVR. Thank you Verna and Kiki.

A very excellent productIt was easy to set up, high quality camera and excellent features. It has everything I am looking for a security system. The 11 inch monitor is very clear and easy to navigate. The system is user friendly and does not need a professional installer. The cameras sends quality videos to the monitor day and night with reel time, no time delay. Highly recommended!

The customer service is slow and lacks knowledgeI like how easy this was to set up. It was literally plug and play. My hard drive crapped out and it took tech support about 3 weeks to figure it out and get me a new hard drive. I did buy the extended warrenty as well which i would advise doing. If you have to get any nee hardware they will make you pay to send it back but then reimburse you the next day so not that big of a deal. I have had thos product for about a month now. I just got it fixed today so we will see what the future holds.

Full HD security camera systemThis wireless security camera system is perfect for what I was looking for. I needed something to monitor my house with wireless cameras and easy to setup. After mounting the cameras I had all 4 cameras working in about 30 minutes. The image is sharp and the colors are rich. I’m very satisfied with the clarity and resolution this system has. The mobile app was easy to install on my iPhone 7 with very little configuration. The resolution is outstanding and with the phone app I can zoom in to any specific point. Night vision has good distance and doesn’t limit me for what I want to monitor. I have recommended this system to some of my friends.Their customer service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable!

Good quality for the priceThis camera system has a good picture for being a wireless device. I tried many and had to return them back to the store. But when I try this one I was surprised that the picture was so clear. I even purchased my aunt one for her home.
