Amazing Customer SupportI bought this unit 11 months ago and love it. It is one of the rare units that actually keeps the temperature at 41 (I like my wine cold and most only go down to 46). The unit holds a lot of bottles, is nice looking, and works as advertised. Unfortunately, at the 11-month mark, the fan started making a lot of noise. I asked the company if they can provide me with a new fan. Instead of doing that, they sent me out a whole new unit and received it within a week. Amazing beyond belief. I highly recommend this unit – not only because it is perfect for our wine but, because the customer support is top-notch. Thank you.

Perfect for a small areaThis little wine fridge is perfect for a small area and holds a lot of different sized bottles. It looks great in our small built in bar.

Works as advertisedThe refrigerator works really well, and very easy to setup. Once everything is setup, and bottles were loaded, it took about 2 ish hours for it to go from 71 to 50 degrees. Once the desired temperature is reached, it’s maintaining the temperature very well. It’s not completely quiet though, there is a bit of noise when it’s working, however if the Refrigerator is in a place where it doesn’t need to work hard to maintain the temperature, noise shouldn’t be a problem!

excellent compact fridgeFridge is compact easy to use and holds the temperature. I was surprised that there are 3 slots that hold the bottles at a 45-degree angle until I opened a bottle and realized that is where I should be storing open bottles.

Looks nice, quite, but light not workingThe media could not be loaded.
 After spending two days trying to get someone from the company via phone, and amazons text chat was a joke (they told me to screw in the LED to get it to work, but the LED is on a circuit board…), I finally did speak with the company and they simply said they will “email me” to teach me how to turn the light on. She was nice, but not BLT took my info then let me go with email details promised to me today.Despite following the directions in the manual they sent, and looking online, I can not get the light to turn on.The light is important to me and part of the reason I got this model. That’s why the three stars. I will wait for my email, but otherwise I plan on sending this back if they don’t properly address my concern.
