Great Camera System and Customer ServiceI upgraded from a 1080 system and am running them on 4K with a 4K 55”TV and 4K HDMI cable. They come with (6) Cat5 100’ chords and (6) Cat5 60’ Chords. I personally ran Cat6 to all the camera locations since bigger is better in my opinion but then again I’m from Texas. Picture is decent when you have it on 16 cameras showing at the same time ( which is what is expected to be honest ) but when you do 1 camera at a time it’s extremely detailed. I could see my neighbor across the street come out of his front door clearly ( Yeah Bobby I’m talking about you, put on a shirt Punk ). The app that you use for them works the majority of time and to be honest and is more clear then my TV I have them hooked up to. I’ve been running the system for about 3 weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Customer service is outrageously good no BS Ive emailed them a few times and usually got a response a day or two later. I can honestly say they have been the most responsive of all the customer service folks I’ve ever had to deal with on Amazon ( Purchases wise ). If you really are not a tech savvy person this is easy to install just run the wires to your desired location, hook up the cameras and screw them into place. Then on the other end hook up the wire to the NVR and then that’s pretty much it. This system may seem a lil pricey but honestly if you want something good it usually ain’t cheap and if it is then you must have a hook up ( yeah Bobby we know how much you actually paid for that BBQ Pit Punk ). But tbh its actually cheaper then what you would really pay for for something of the same quality this provides. I might upload some pictures so y’all can see how clear this system really is but that wont be until a couple of weeks when I update y’all with the Bobby situation and how he continues to park in the no parking zone of the street even though the laws already told you not to park there Bobby…….Punk. Well would I buy this system again well I definitely would. Also the sound over them is very clear I could hear Bobby coughing from that illegal substance he be smoking in his front yard when he think no one is watching. Well news flash Bobby I’m Watching Punk. But definitely buy these if your looking for a security camera system and if you don’t need a 16 channel one, pretty sure the other ones they offer are prob as good as the one I have and like I said you cant really go wrong when you get as good customer service as they provide so pretty sure even if you had an issue they would do you right unlike Bobby when you lend him a tool. Great Mid level NVR system for a Commercial applicationSo right away 4 Terribytes (4000 GB) of memory gets you only about 6 days of continuous 24/7 video + Audio saved data with 16 cameras 4k.. I am looking at adding a 10 TB additional hard drive, and configuring some of my cameras for motion activated recording to cut down on my weekly storage usage which would extend my 6 days of storage to maybe 12-18 days of storage (a minimum of month would be ideal, but with the cameras are taking in so much detail, its hard to complain and is understandable that so much memory is required). Hands down very high quality cameras with lots of detail and you can zoom in hundreds of feet and see people walking around and hand movement. This system is 16 cameras at 4k each. motion detection works great. I still having trouble viewing more than 2 camera at once in playback mode. Microphone will capture conversations at 5-20 feet and will capture loud noises (trucks, gun shots, people yelling at about 100 feet). The system will not power cameras beyond 200 feet of cable, therefore you must purchase separate PoE extenders (@$20 each) to mount at a distance of 450 feet away from the receiver. So far I am satisfied with this system and its sophistication

Best ROI of any security system I’ve seenThis security camera system (Onwote NVR3216-P16-V2), a POE, 4k, NVR is the most sophisticated system I have installed to date. In fact, camera systems with this level of user configuration, picture quality, features usually in commercial systems like “missing item” or “search by missing pixels”, historically ship with annual subscription fees that will eclipse the total cost of ownership of this Onwote NVR. I moved my home router to the center of the house and placed the NVR there. All of the camera kit’s CAT5-E cables are a mix of 100′ and 60′ so there’s plenty of wire included for even a very large home. For a small businesses, there’s ample wire, they can be upgraded, and the systems can be stacked in groups.The kit is complete. Once bought, there’s no nagging monthly fees for more storage or turning on more features with a bump up on the $ub$cription. POE is easier to install than siamese cable and picture quality is unparalleled.Tech support is knowledgeable and responsive. A satisfying surprise at this price.

Attitude change.UPDATE: After leaving the review below we were contacted by the company. Since we had already returned the defective system for a full refund (and had purchased a different system), they offered to send us a complimentary 4 camera system for our trouble. Received quickly, and so far it’s been running 24 hours without issue. Clearly the first unit was a fluke defect and the company stands behind their product. If this system functions well we will be purchasing more of their cameras in the future based on this experience. Their customer service is exceptional.The DVR popped, smoked and was dead after 20 minutes of use. Sent it back for refund. You make your own judgement.
