Pretty much works greatThis camera, price wise would be tough to beat. It has some quirks but nothing spending some time tweaking can’t fix. I am a network person by trade and this camera is well behaved. I set it up for outdoor use on my private network 10.x.x.x static IP, PoE injector separate. The interface SW is good, easy to nav. In addition to adding a 128g microSD card for motion and sound local recording, I also set it up in iSpy to record on my in house PC. The camera is not listed in iSpy but it works nicely just as a basic camera. Use the PnP and QR label (comes with the camera) setting to view over your phone remotely. The infra-red night vision is exceptionally good. NOTE: the ad says it comes with a cable. It DOES NOT come with a cable. Not a deal breaker as I use HD outdoor CAT 8 cabling.So far, so good.

Great picture qualityI must admit that I am not very tech savvy. I’m like “granny trying to record the soaps on a vcr” kind of hopeless when it comes to electronics. Thankfully, this is rather user friendly and the tech support is very helpful. I really appreciate that I can add cameras to it in the future if I want, but I just started with this one. You can attach it to a recorder if you want or simply use the app for recording everything. The camera itself is very nice and it was super easy to install. It comes with the necessary hardware to hang it, but I just propped it up on my railing. The picture quality is excellent and even the night vision is very detailed. I really like that I can make out facial features and even license plates if I get the right angle.

 this security cam was purchased for inside the foyer but quickly moved to the outside of the house. Once we seen and learned more of it’d capabilities the foyer room was definitely below its pay grade. The night vision feature alone is worthy of notable mention! Displays really nicely. You can even customize certain features and allow for snapshots of certain areas. This is especially great for high foot traffic areas and license plates if need be. The video resolution really is crisp and clear and the sound comes in very well too. The installation went along rather easily and the user manual was comprehensive and easy to follow along on. The camera connected immediately too wich was nice. Seriously considering getting about 2 more!

 I bought this wired security camera to keep an eye on our back shed which we store many expensive items in. It was very easy to install and assemble. I lobe the motion region and human sensor detection. It gives me push notifications to my phone and had 24/7 recording via cloud and with DVR with my box with no monthly fees. The picture and video quality is very good and clear. It has great nigh vision quality. Awesome price and value. Definitely recommend this wired security camera. Very pleased

Night vision is very good as well compares to other comparable POE camerasThis poe ip camera has good quality and a simple web page to view live image from any browser. Motion detection works great ,picture quality is very good 5.0 megapixels really is better than standard HD quality (1080P) if you want to see details like license plate numers. It records the motion activated video captures and I can play them back using the smart phone app or browser. Support is super great, If you have any issues with this camera, Jimmy from the support team is amazing. He is very dedicated to working with you to solve the issue and really cares about building a good brand and reputation. A product isn’t worth anything if the service isn’t there when something goes wrong. Luckily, Jimmy will deliver great service.

Support from customer service is awesomePicture quality is so clear and the guard viewer app for system works great too, clear images with audio recording, nice camera housing with easy mounting. Set up is easy and the cameras are plug and play, but it does require an understanding of networking concepts and protocols – tcp/ip, Wire installation, software configuration to enable notifications, etc.… Also, you need to do a lot of wiring through walls, attic, etc.… Only thing better than the camera system is their customer service, very very helpful after the frustration I felt during my initial set up, they walk me through every step to assist me in setting up my system. Thank you so much for your time and attention given to my issue in the problem my head setting up my product

Affordable, great quality, night vision is exceptional.I got this as a replacement for a Amcrest 2MP POE camera I already had. This is an amazing camera for a great price, works with my NVR’s!! it also supported ONVIF, I had zero issues getting this camera to connect. I’ve watched hours of video reviews for similar cameras, and this one is just as good if not better than others that cost much more. It has quality night vision option, you can use rtsp protocol support, will definitely be getting more of these

Great tech supportThis NVR camera system was just what I had been looking for, the installation was straightforward and the cameras now work great. The camera quality is very nice, they are real 4K, 3840 x 2160, which helps see finer details. Night vision works pretty good too. I really like that there are 2 more channels available on the PoE NVR so I can add more cameras later if I want. The only little bit of trouble I had was some configuration questions. But the tech support was great, they called me back when they said they would, and they were very knowledgeable and helped fix my configuration mistake. Needless to say I recommend this product.
