The remote control is a fabulous feature that allows me to adjust the brightness of the light and the speed of the fan. This fan would look great in a variety of different decor styles. WowThis fan is absolutely great and so many ways. Incredibly easy to install and very lightweight with a ’60s mod design, but with nice neutral colors that fit in any room. The lights are incredibly bright and the remote is a soft touch so you can control the speed of the fan and the dimming of the lights with the lightest of touches. It comes with a wall mount so you can put the remote near you so you never lose it and it fits snugly. It is a beautiful fan and the color and look is very true to the picture. My only qualm is that if you have a lower ceiling, the lighting kind of makes you feel like you’re in a prison movie and you’re being interrogated, but that could have something to do with the Edison bulbs that come included. Overall a great quality fan that is incredibly lightweight, easy to install, easy to clean and is definitely a chic centerpiece to any room. This thing will cool down a room unbelievably fast and quietly as well.

I had not heard of the “prominence” brand of ceiling fans before, but I am impressed by the fit and finish of the ceiling fan. The manufacturing quality is excellent, with good attention to detail. There were no manufacturing defects. Material choice is also well done, with excellent finishes on all the parts.the lighting design itself strikes me as a bit odd… a big upside down bowl… but it works surprisingly well and does not look old-fashioned. Its stylish, I hope that it is timeless as well.It’s useful to have a second person helping with any ceiling fan installation. Installation required basic wiring skills using household voltage… best if you know good safety practices. Overall it was perfect.
