Working well for months nowAfter reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about getting this set, but it’s been working well for months. I had no trouble building it in. I connected it with PVC piping and did not have nor have any issues. The fittings worked well and tightened nicely. Everything looks elegant and works very smoothly. We are going to purchase an extra support for the shower head (rain) arm, since it is quite a bit of weight stretching out (the same support as found on surround shower curtain rods), but this isn’t a flaw since all heads of this type tend to be a little unsupported.While installing the handles for the temperature and such, I was disappointed to see that the entire thing is barely held together by a small press-screw. Seriously, this could be done with a little more strength. But I’ve informed my family members to not jerk hard on it and use with usual pressure, and that has held up very well. No problems at all.I’m happy and enjoying it tremendously.

Great productWish they made the drain and overflow, because is painful to match the colors, also other brands use a different names example: gold brushed, bronze etc.

It’s okDecent quality for how cheap it is, suggest installing upside-down, hot and cold is switched, handle faces toward cold for hot and vise-versa, but water line for handheld showerhead is a rubber hose for the matte black, and shower head and handheld head is plastic, gonna upgrade plastic parts and hose in future though.

Not designed by a plumber.Very difficult to install with the way the valve is designed. Accessories should be designed with a FIP thread instead of a MIP brass nipple.The overall look is fantastic but the complicated installation is unnecessary.Get ahold of me and I can help you redesign it.

Looks luxuriousLooks great, contractor had to get a female connector to make it work. The spout does stick out farther than normal and I cracked my knee once…all it takes to not do it again.

Cutting guide inaccurateThe plastic guide sticks out more than the handle cover so if you cut your tile to it, there is a large gap which caused us money and extra time not well spent. Overall, tough lesson we learned. However, vendor reached out and helped fix our problem.
