Great form and function…for less!Looks good, flushes well, simple to clean, easy installation, well made, inexpensive. Perfect and exactly what I wanted in every way. I wasn’t missing parts like another reviewer claimed so no complaints. I WAS a bit leery of the thin seat and lid when I saw them but those concerns proved to be unfounded now that I’m 6 months down the road. Other similar units cost twice as much (or more!) but there’s no reason to spend that in my opinion. Use the savings for other things!

Great toiletGreat toilet easy install and rgds the fixing pack !! You only get the seat and fixings for the seat and you get the plastic caps covering the fixing bolt that comes with the inwall Cistern / tank its threaded bar nuts and washers and comes with the tank and not the Toilet bowl. Generic Installations Instructions make installation more difficult than necessaryInstallation instructions did not match toilet modelHad to call Swiss Madison 3 times to get help & in the end they did not have correct specs for this model just a generic one

Quality of manufacturing and Quality of service are lacking.1st toilet arrived no mounting hardware. Once hardware was received mounting slot is not wide enough to accommodate plastic sleeve and metal mounting pin after a hassle toilet and mounting hardware went back. 2nd toilet arrived NO MOUNTING HARDWARE(And yes description says its included). Once mounting hardware arrived SAME DEFECT in manufacturing. And NO you can not force a petal pin through an undersized porcelain slot. Manual shows a round hole in porcelain but this model has a slot. First toilet looked used like some one had tried to install it before. 2nd set of mounting hardware looks used. This company needs to work on its quality of product and completeness of order.
