Tricky, not really engineered for American plumbing…Check the box. Especially if you aren’t going to install it immediately. Parts were missing. The seller sent the missing parts promptly. And bare in mind the whole set-up is sized metric. The toilet out-flow pipe is a fraction too large for a standard 3″ sewer pipe. You will have to use a Fern Co. rubber coupling which is OK but not ideal. And the in wall tank is NOT set up very well for attachment to studs at all. Its engineered to be attached to a rear wall. All around, kind of a pain in the a** but a lot cheaper than the Kohler version. If you don’t mind the frustration in exchange for the savings then go for it.

compact tankless toilet by Swiss MadisonVery compact for a small bathroom and very space efficient as it uses a tank that fits inside the wall cavity between the studs. Ideal for a new construction bathroom as some juggling of studs must be done to accommodate the tank and the discharge from toilet 4 inch dia pipe also fits in the bottom plate 2 x 4 treated wood. A pro plumber should do the job. Not for the DIY. I mated this to the compact white Swiss Madison pedestal sink and it works in harmony with that sink. The flush buttons fit on the tiled wall and blends in nicely. Highly recommended.

Hip & Cool ToiletMy clients love their new tankless toilet. The only thing I didn’t like is that I wish the seller would sell the complete unit to include the toilet bowl, the water tank, and the flush button in one package. I bought the toilet and when it arrived and realized that I had to buy the water tank, then the flush button so my plumber had to come back a couple of times because I didn’t have all the components for him to install.

Great space saverJust think differently when you install it. It functions extremely well and will save you space in the room. It really helped having the back of the wall available to open, but can be installed without doing that. The instructions really need an upgrade, but any skill in construction or plumbing will allow you to successfully complete the install.

 Beware that they’re not plumbed like a normal toilet. It is wall flushed which means the hole is not directly under the toilet bowl. That being said the toilet is gorgeous and very modern/contemporary design. I don’t regret getting these but see my picture and look at the plumbing… it’s different and it may not work perfectly in your space.
