Difficult Internal Wiring but there is a trickThe media could not be loaded.
I returned this product the first time due to issues with the wiring. Amazon made the return easy. After searching around, I could not find a light I liked better so I reordered. On the 2nd go, I still found the internal wiring were uneven which made them difficult to wrap all together. The trick is use a wire stripper to strip out your wires down to the length of the shortest wire. It will make connecting and wrapping them together so much easier when the wires are all exposed at the same height. I did not trim the exposed wire to the same length but just used the longer exposure to make it easier to wrap together. After wrapping them together use the white plastic cap and clamp to squeeze the end of the cap together to hold the wire (watch their installation video). It’s not one of those caps you can twist into place. Use electric tape to seal the exposed wires and hold them in place (you will need to buy the tape separately). They also provide a protective wrap you can use with electric tape to seal any exposed wire. Keep in mind before buying the fixture that it is held to the ceiling by two screws on the side and not from the center. So flat ceiling works great but if you have a fancy circle like my ceiling with ridges that makes it nearly impossible to screw from the side, it will take some creativity to hang it from the center. FYI there will likely be small cosmetic defects on the back of the copper metal parts although probably not noticeable after hanging. For the price, look and value, I give it 5 stars. It will take time to install if you do it DYI.

Stunning Light, Great Customer ServiceLove love love this light. It’s so classy and expensive looking. I have it on a dimmer and all of the different levels are amazing, from VERY dim to EXTREMELY bright. I have received so many compliments on it. Like many others, my light arrived with one bulb shattered. Luckily they give you an extra bulb so I was still able to have it installed. However, I did reach out to the seller to see if they would send me an extra one that way in case one ever breaks I have it, and they mailed one out that same day. Excellent service! This light requires quite a bit of “pre-work” to get it ready to hang, it’s a tad confusing and awkward, but after than my friend hung it and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful dining room lightWe’ve only had this light installed a few weeks now, but it is absolutely beautiful! It made our short list of choices because it was dimmable, and looks absolutely great in our dining room, above a very long table for all family and friends together.

Great chandelier and customer serviceI bought this chandelier which looks amazing in my bedroom. 5 months later, I accidentally broke a bulb cover and contacted the seller to buy a replacement. Seller was very responsive and cooperative. He sent me a replacement without charging for it.

Beautiful lightsLove this product and great customer service! The lights look gorgeous and bright. Have to be careful with inserting proper light bulbs, as listed in instructions. We inserted regular sized bulbs at first and one of the shades cracked. Luckily, there was an extra shade included in the package. A couple of shades had some scratches on them and they sent me replacements right away. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Pretty nice for the priceQuality is pretty good. It isn’t a $600 Chandelier but its pretty solid. For $200 I’d buy it again. Not hard to put together like in other reviews. The instructions are pretty bad but you really don’t need them. The glass globes have a little lip on them which is held in place by an inside and outside metal shell. If the outside metal shell had a corresponding lip on it to go over the lip on the globe, this would be a 5 star product. As it is you need to get your eyes up to the level of the globe and it takes a bit to center the globe between the inside and outside shells. Doing this 12 times took 45 minutes to an hour and it could have been a 15 minute task if the outside shell were pressed with a little lip. Came with an extra globe which is nice. One of mine had a deep scratch or crack in it. The shipping container needs a piece of cardboard inside the parts section of the top styrofoam insert. This will stop the parts from breaking through the bottom and possibly breaking globes below.

Beautiful, Bright, Designer Look for an amazing value!There is nothing I dislike about this product! I have ordered close to 10 light fixtures on amazing and this one is for sure my favorite! Installation: I put the base together easily and then my husband came in to help me hang it and get the globes on. Once we figured out the best way to out the globes on, we made quick work of it! It’s beautiful, stylish, and big enough to go over our huge bar area! The height is adjustable…just figure it out before hanging.
