    Love the new battery setupThis would be my third purchase of the taser pulse and absolutely my favorite color. The most important thing I believe is the new battery setup. The batteries were easy to install and all you have to do is order off of Amazon when you need new ones. I went ahead on ordered a 10 pack so I would be ready when needed. I know it’s a lot of money to spend but how much is your security or your familys security worth? I absolutely trust this as my everyday carry to protect my family.

    Amazon trubbleThe product was good I didn’t even use it and I got a real gun so I returned this. I have no complaints with the tazer. But the return was awful on amazon $400 is a lot I wanted the 7 days called then I had to wait 2 weeks I called after 15 days now I have to wait 3 to 5 days in order to get it back still they confirmed that they had the package two weeks ago and I’m still having this issue. I’m never spending this much on amazon again and honestly probably never going to use it again this is just stupid on Amazon half. Product was fine amazon costumer service was horrible I called three times it is not this hard.
