Easy to assembleProduct was easy to assemble. The company sent me one that apparently had been purchased and returned by a previous customer as there were scratches and painting peeling here and there. The screws and certain parts were already assembled how I know. However, all the parts were there and nothing bent, broken, or totally noticeable so I kept it. Plastic panes which does look like glass panes. Not heavy. Easy to connect.

DisappointedOne of the long light shades came with a hairline crack – totally noticeable. Can tell it was packaged that way and not done in shipping. So disappointing, especially since the light wasn’t cheap. Hassle to return anything now a days so I guess we live with it.
