Great looking toilet. Very safe delivery.Wonderful product. A special delivery truck brought it. I had ordered 2 toilets one after one through Home Depot thinking I can return them easier since I have one nearby, and each came damaged. Returned both. So yes, no more Home Depot. Delivery wasn’t standard, it wasn’t UPS. I received a phone call and exact day/ time frame for delivery. The delivery guys brought the item all the way inside my bathroom, ( first floor). I am impressed with the item and the very professional delivery.

Nice looking, love the comfort height and great with the coordinating bidet/toiletseatWe now own 3 of these toilets and think they are great. Not a loud sound when flushing (two choices for flush) and like the comfort height. We purchased them when buying the bidet seat and it’s a game changer. We also have a more expensive TOTO bidet toilet/seat and think the Woodbridge is much better. No reason to get this nice looking toilet without the bidet seat it’s the best thing ever and does have auto flush which a lot of bidet seats/toilets have which would wake me up at night when my husband used the bathroom.

SO glad we decided to order this WOODBRIDGE T-0019Fourth EDIT 2/17/22. Still loving it! Especially the ease in cleaning the outside. Our Kohler toilet upstairs without the skirt like this one, collects dust as we are so familiar with (toilet paper dust I think). So nice not to have to deal with that anymore with this toilet. I just read a review that complained of a weak flush; that isn’t the case for us at all. That complaint surprised me. In fact, still never needing our plunger, lol. Here to order second Woodbridge, same model (our second remodeling project had been delayed).Third EDIT 7/2021. 23 months. No change, still love it. Ordering a second one.Second EDIT 3/2021. 19 months. No change— still love it. No clogs, no problems at all. Love to see there are now 1000+ reviews.EDIT: still 5-stars. it’s now been ten months and still loving this toilet. No clogs. (BuzzFeed had an article that listed things you should buy for your home. One item was a sleek holder/efficient toilet bowl plunger. I immediately thought, Wow, that looks sharp! … but wait, we don’t need one anymore! Lol) Our upstairs bathroom remodel has been put on hold due to COVID, but we still plan to install this same model when the project gets rescheduled. Many things to love about it, but especially love the smooth skirt — stays so clean; no where for dust to collect! I also like that the tank lid is small with a slight forward tilt (plus it holds flush mechanism) Looks so much better clear of the clutter we used to store on the back of our old toilet. Con: depending on the “situation”, on occasion, we find the toilet flush water doesn’t clean the bowl as well as we might wish. But this isn’t a deal breaker, and is far out-weighed by everything else we love about it. If offered a free toilet, with free install, one that had a turbo swirling flush that covered every square inch of the bowl, to replace this Woodbridge, we both would say, “thanks but no thanks.”Original post: Thankful to the other reviewers who helped us decide to order this toilet sight unseen. Ordering an “appliance” without personal recommendations, or reviewed in Consumer Reports, etc., etc. — it’s just not my nature. I guess same goes for toilets, or anything nearly $300. We’ve had it installed since mid August 2019. While two months isn’t a long time, I will definitely update if my opinion changes. We’ve had no problems. It flushes great. It looks wonderful. This went into our first floor powder room. It’s a bathroom the two of us use the most often. Early next year we are remodeling our only other bathroom, the full bath upstairs. We are definitely ordering another Woodbridge! Our remodeler who installed this toilet in August had no problems with the install. For someone installing this themselves as a homeowner, definitely read all of the question/answers and reviews for some great hints to help with the process.

Easy to install and very attractiveThis is my first review of this item. I just received it this week and just installed it today.It arrived in a very good package with no flaws or defects.It has very clear instructions. One of which became crucial.There is a cardboard template you put on the floor after you remove the original toilet. You follow the instructions on this template to determine where the tank will end up and see if it interferes with you feed water shut-off valve.My shut-off valve was going to touch the toilet and be oriented to where I would not be able to install the connection hose. This was an easy fix. My valve was about 5 inches off of the wall. It took me 5 minutes to move it back 2 inches (to 3 inches off of the wall).The next thing to be aware of is that the cinch-down bolts are accessed from behind the toilet (since it has a full skirt). I am a fairly heavy, out off shape fella with 2 surgically fused wrists. I have less than a 20-degree range of motion in either wrist. My hands barely fit to begin with and then it was a struggle to turn the wrench to tighten the nuts. 90% of the folks won’t have the size issue or the range of motion issue but I thought it was worth mentioning. The wrench is a well-made plastic T-Handle nut driver wrench that comes with the toilet.Although the toilet is also provided with a wax ring, I opted to purchase Fluidmaster 7530P8 Universal Better Than Wax Toilet Seal, Wax-Free Toilet Bowl Gasket. This has a wax-free gasket that can allow for height variations and imperfect surfaces without the hassle of wax.Also, to move the water shut-off valve, I purchased the SharkBite 24656A Toilet Connector Hose, 1/2 inch x 7/8 inch x 12-inch Braided Stainless Steel Water Valve Shut Off, Push-to-Connect, PEX, Copper, CPVC, PE-RT which can work on ½” Copper or Plastic pipes (I have ½” flow guard plastic waterlines).So, it took me about 20 minutes to cleanly remove the old toilet and another 30 minutes to install the new toilet (including the relocation of the water shut-off valve). It looks great. It operates great (both large and small flushes), fills quickly and quietly. The soft close seat is comfortable and closes perfectly. It also is easy to tool-free remove the seat for easy cleaning and pop it back in place. The top of the easy-close seat is a little flimsy but, they’re not really made to sit on and I am a big fella. The sitting height is perfect for me (I’m 5’ 11”) and for my wife (she is 5’ 6”).The main reason we got this is because our previous toilet left visible signs if you did a number two. I will be evaluating this toilet and updating my review after several weeks of real-time use. That review will have performance information related to self-cleaning performance as well as capture any unforeseen issues.

I have a 5 year old boy who seems to still be learning to aim when urinating. Cleaning up was a pain until now. I love the skirted straight sides. It is soooo much easier to clean up. Just be aware that the skirt does not go around the back side of the toilet, however you cannot see this when it is installed. Dust doesn’t accumulate on the side now either. Before, I had to use multiple paper towels just getting the dust off the sides. Since this is toilet is one solid piece, I don’t have to worry about my boy’s urine getting between the bowl & the tank, & clean up is easy in this spot when he does miss. I also love the pop off/on seat. It pops off & on easily. I have concerns of the plastic pegs that you pop the seat onto eventually breaking off. They seem pretty sturdy, but over time, popping the seat off & on may wear on the sturdiness. The stainless steel covers on the seat connectors are a nice accent. Hopefully they won’t deteriorate. When you think of stainless steel, you think it won’t deteriorate, but I’ve seen stainless steel surfaces get a sort of spotted etching look to it. I have concerns that cleaning chemicals could do the same thing here. Our outdoor stainless steel chef table has done this over time. My only complaint is that the seat itself is hollow on the underside with “feet” set into the hollow of the seat. It seems to make cleaning a tiny bit more difficult than seats that are not hollow underneath. Flushing is easy. My 5 year old can push the buttons. He uses a lot of toilet paper & has clogged our other regular toilet a couple of times. We have not had the toilet long, but so far there has been no issue with toilet paper clogging up. He said his favorite part of the toilet is the buttons. What kid doesn’t like pushing buttons! He also likes that it isn’t a loud powerful flushing sound like industrial toilets in public restrooms. He has a sensitivity to loud noises & holds his hands on his ears in public restrooms. The sound on this toilet does not bother him. On that note though, it’s not a whisper quiet flush. To me it sounds like a normal house toilet flush.

first time with dual flush toilet, great experienceits interesting, for the half-flush (for pee) its almost unfathomable it can flush so well with so little water used. What I mean is the water used is so little it doesn’t even cover the entire surface of the inside bowl wall. it maybe become a problem but i am assuming that continuous pee-flushes will at some point randomly cover the entire bowl so that it doesn’t stain one certain area.also i can only describe the flush sucking power as some kind of air pressure vacuum physics going on. i appreciate the short post-flush water filling time because it is much quicker than traditional classic toilets. we definitely will be saving money on water but i am still unsure of the long-term quality and sustainability of such a modern toilet. there’s definitely more moving parts since there’s more plastic parts for the dual-flush system.i appreciate the aesthetic and design, wiping down the outside of the toilet is a breeze and less crevices for easier cleaning. the height is better for my 5’11, 190lb exceptionally rock hard abs, and this is my new toilet I like to do my #2 in. the flush buttons and frame a a bit wobbly but it isn’t a problem and it doesn’t warrant putting glue on the underside or anything like that.all in all, a very nice awesome toilet experience.

Best toilet I’ve ever owned!Without hesitation I will recommend this toilet to anyone in the market for a new toilet. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and affordable at $269.99 with free shipping. The elongated bowl gives you a bit more reach around room than the round bowl toilet does. It has two flush options, one slightly more powerful than other. I’m guessing one is for liquids and the other for more solid waste. It flushes great and it’s quiet in comparison to others I’ve had. One push of the button takes care of any situation I’ve come across. It has a 1.6 gallon flush capacity, so it leaves nothing lingering in the bowl. It sits up tall, (19.5”) which is definitely a plus considering my elderly mother lives with me and the toilet we previously had was old and very low to the ground making it difficult for her get up off of. She has had no problem what so ever on this one. It comes with a seat! This was a deciding factor because I never knew some toilets are sold without seats until I started shopping for this one. The Woodbridge T-0019 comes with… not just any seat, but a soft touch, ultra quiet closing seat. You’re kids cannot slam it and will not fall down unexpectedly. Originally I had ordered two identical toilets but one arrived broken so I had to return it. What a hassle, right? Absolutely not! It was virtually painless. It took all of 30 seconds to submit the return request. They promptly sent another toilet and picked up my return without any issue and all free of charge! Of course I did not install it myself so I had no problem with installation at all but the guys who did install it mentioned it was slightly more difficult to install because the bolts are hidden behind the sleek base design. Every other toilet I’ve owned had nooks and crannies between the seat and base where dust collects but not this one. This design makes it easy to clean as well as being easy on the eyes. The toilet developed a slight rock after a week or so of use, however, a little caulk fixed it up and it hasn’t happened since. My second one arrived this week without incident. This one was much easier for the guys to install because they had just done one and knew how to approach the hidden bolts holding the base to the floor. So far there is no rocking on second toilet. I would definitely buy this Woodbridge -0019 toilet again and I would highly recommend this toilet to anyone in the market for an above average bathroom experience!

Read this if you are replacing a toilet in an old( homeI had to replace a toilet in a 1958 ranch. I bought a Swiss Madison based on good reviews. Had the plumber come to install, but it did not fit! The water valve at the wall was in the way. I should’ve bought this Woodbridge because I had put it in another bathroom last year. It is made so that the water valve will fit behind it. See photoFortunately, Amazon let me return the Madison. (and UPS picked it up for free!)

Great functioning toilet. Sleek, modern look.Great toilet. Stays cleaner than most, and very efficient at removing waste. Love the contemporary look. However, it did not seem to be as easy to install as a traditional toilet. The bolts are somewhat hidden from view (part of the modern design) and need to be carefully aligned. To make this happen my husband had to assist our plumber to lower the toilet over the holes. Otherwise, an easy install.
