    Well worth the money.To be frank, people being unhappy with this product are being ridiculous. You just paid for a 4 (can be 8) camera system that has either 24/7, scheduled, or motion detection recording and spent, what, $109 bucks. Not so long ago this system would’ve cost you thousands. I gave 4 stars because, yes, it’s not perfect. The motion detection isn’t very sensitive. Yes, the cameras are plastic, not aluminum. But if you have WiFi you can get the app and check your house at any time. The cameras ARE weatherproof but being that they are plastic it’s better to have them under a porch roof. Yes the system isn’t perfect, but for the cost, way worth what you spend. If you want perfection, you’re gonna pay for it regardless of what company you go with. All the mild issues with this system really aren’t worth paying hundreds of more dollars for. Everyone be safe out there.

    Buy These CamerasFrom the packaging to the night vision, this kit is awesome! Everything comes well organized and individually wrapped inside a nice cardboard box like the kind you get with higher end new laptops. I installed the cameras on all 4 corners of my park model home using the included drill guides and some nuts and bolts I got from the hardware store. The included screws and anchors would have worked fine but we get some strong winds here in the south west. I wanted to go overkill and make sure the cameras didn’t come down if something got snagged on them. Then I routed the cameras to one corner of the house and through a hole I drilled into the thin wall of my office. After sealing the hole to keep out the heat more than the rain, I connected the cameras to the included dvr. Then I remembered I forgot to install the 4TB hard drive I bought to go with it. DOH!After I reprimanded my forgetful self with a couple light taps to the forehead with the soft side of a screwdriver (This totally helps… Right?) I went ahead and put the hard drive in. Then I booted up the DVR and went through the setup.Upon initial inspection the dvr’s OS is feature rich albeit not very user (think lowest denominator) friendly. It took me about half an hour to flip through the menus to setup the cameras to record 24/7 and to tune the motion detection. I was satisfied thus far so I put my tools and ladder away and settled in for the night. Not long after I fell asleep I awoke to the sound of my neighbors dog barking and rather than looking out the window I ran to the DVR to check out the night vision.WOW! Consumer infrared technology has came a long way. I could see everything in all 4 frames as if it was just a greyscale version of the day. This is IMPRESSIVE and words don’t do it justice. So impressive in fact I ordered 4 of Zosi’s high quality metal cameras to go along with these. If you need a security system this is the one to get. I will be buying more of these to set up for my customers. Thanks for such a great product at a great price!

    Excellent security camera with great features.I bought this to replace an old security system that finally died. Upgrading to this one with HD cameras is fantastic. You can really see the details especially when you zoom in. I did have some issues with some of the settings and have contacted support several times period they are super helpful and when there is something they can’t figure out they contact the actual developers. Although I’m still waiting to hear back from them on some issues, I really love this camera security system.UPDATE: Reduced from 5 start to 4. After 4 months I had one camera start to lose color gradually from the right side to the left.I contacted support and after troubleshooting over several days via email I was able to have a replacement camera sent to me.The replacement camera was a newer higher quality (build) than the defective one.They did want the bad one returned but I’m not exactly sure why. What use did I have for a bad camera???Anyhow. The support was great and they were very accommodating. I would definitely purchase from Zosi again.

    They are goodIt’s good cameras but it would be better if they were emotional ones and one that you can move around to see you and look around and stuff but I don’t another OK, Thanks HUGH

    Live view only!I purchased this “DVR” and then also purchased the Hard Drive that they recommended so that I can record what the cameras pick up. But after trying multiple hard drives, this unit will not format them to work. And the Cloud option on their App is not available for the device either. So after trying all options for recording, none work. I will be replacing it with a system that can record.

    its a OK Cam updateits a OK cam the thing i hate the most about this is that u really have no adjustable to it just up or down thats it pic is good and when its night time it beeps like mad when there movement whats a good and bad thingUpdate I really hate how u can’t turn the dam Beeping noise off

    Misleading description but good systemI bought this camera system thinking the cameras were aluminum and durable like the other zosi systems you see. But boy was I surprised when I opened to box to find out they are PLASTIC! The description is extremely vague on if they are plastic or metal and the pictures in the ad are the same as the set that were aluminum so overall I was mislead. Thankfully I bought an 8 channel system and can just buy additional cameras that are aluminum to put outside in the weather. The plastic cameras are extremely flimsy and would be good only for porches and inside garages. The night vision is not color like stated it is black and white and not very good past about 20 feet. Overall the system is good and user friendly for the most part but just make sure whatever system you buy to make sure the cameras are aluminum in the descriptions and not plastic!
